The repair and everything looks great the phone works properly. But when the owner was talking about customers phone he make a comment that was very rude not knowing that the name he mention was my wife's family last name. Got my phone fixed here a few months ago I went to them to fix my screen due to it being broke for months . I paid the $70 for it OK great . I ended up forgetting my passcode to get into my phone so I had to take it to Apple to get it reset Apple told me to go back to the 3rd party who fixed my screen and get a refund because they messed something up to where it can't be factory reset from Apple they tried three times prior to going to Apple I took it to iPhone wizards and I'm going to go get that in writing from Apple because the person who works at go gadget start telling me that's not true that apple couldn't have said that . But it's true because I never had this problem ever until I went to go gadget . I just wanted my phone working and it sucks that I can't get a refund for the bulding screen that's sticking out or my phone getting unlocked/reset after being fixed. read more

This place did a great job on my stepson's phone. I'll admit that I was a little nervous after reading previous reviews! The only thing holding me back from a full 5 stars is that their customer service is lacking. We showed up and I've been on a "check in everywhere!!!!" kick, so I checked in here. The app popped up that I get a free charger for checking in so I was like, "no way! That's awesome!" The lady at the counter immediately was like, "We don't do that anymore. That was last year's deal" in a very annoyed kind of way. She didn't even look at me when she said it. It's like I could FEEL her eye roll. I'll be honest, I'm not sure if she did, but that was the vibe she was putting out...HARD. I had also previously called to ask about pricing. I was told that to fix the screen of an iPhone 7, at the very most it would be $60. I was like "yes! That's amazing! Perfect!" And that was my deciding factor on going here. Then I show up a few days later and nope. Turns out that you can get the glass fixed for $40 where it's some thin glass that seems more fragile than a high school teen's self esteem, or you can actually get it fixed where it's worth a darn for $140. Not real pleased about the old bait and switch that happened. I will say that they did a great job and did it in a timely manner and that's what is supposed to happen so 4 stars it is! I stopped by to drop off an iPhone 7 that had a broken screen & the back camera would work sometimes, other times it would only be a black screen, unable to take pictures. I was told a 2 hour wait but it was done in an hour! They called to inform me it was ready. They do $5 off for military. The camera issue is apparently a software issue and it currently is working. While waiting, I noticed that they had games (Connect four and Jenga) at their waiting area. This is a great idea to pass time while waiting. The store is clean with a good amount of phone cases to choose from. They also offer multiple discounts such as military discount and social media discounts. I waited 20 minutes for my phone. They we quick and very efficient. My phone is working again and looks brand new. I went to AT&T to see if I can get it fixed there and they told me to buy a new phone. I got my phone repaired a couple months ago, so many things wrong. The service was fast, but immediately when I got my phone I got an alert for a unknown part in my phone (assuming it's the screen I just ignored it). I noticed that the tone of my screen was also vastly different. The replaced screen was very dark and blue compared to the authentic apple screen. Because I don't have enough money to go to apple and get it replaced, I decided to just stick with this screen. As of today the screen came completely off. Literally came off. I tried to press it back into the phone but it won't stay. I've never experienced this before and don't even know how to fix it and have no money.
