The manager/owner Justin is very friendly and was willing to help with the problem I had which concerned getting some small scratches on my phone taken care of as much as he could without resorting to more serious repair that would be far costlier. He also was very honest concerning the price of the kit that he was offering for the nano gel and even where he sourced them from. Aside from offering some repair services, he also has a wide array of phones and accessories as well as plans to get you up and running! I would definitely go back if I needed assistance and if you just need some help or have a question he is there willing to help and assist you with that, too. I believe he said he has plans to offer even more services geared towards phone repair and removing scratches so by the time you read this he may have even more available to help you with your needs. Prior to taking my phone apart he cautioned about possible side effects/loss of function with switching out the screen with alternatives built in the phone to circumvent that. He gave it a shot and of course certain screen features were affected as described earlier.Once I explained to him that I did not like the alternatives he gladly replaced my broken screen then explained to me technically what I would need to avoid those changes when getting a new screen. He even pointed me to the right direction on how to get the service I was looking for. He did not have to do any of those things even if that meant losing business but he did and for that I'm thankful.
