There was a significant lack of communication and transparency around pricing and fees. I had to follow up MANY times before the date of our dinner, often without receiving a response. When I did receive responses, they were frequently unclear and, at times, unprofessional. Additional fees continued to come up throughout the process, and I really wish a detailed breakdown of all costs had been provided upfront. This service is by no means inexpensive, so clear and professional communication should be a given. We also booked our dinner for 8:30 PM. The team arrived to set up, but then told us they had to leave again to get the food. They ultimately did not start cooking until around 8:50, which was frustrating considering we had booked a specific start time. Again, the staff themselves were wonderful once the dinner got started, but the overall experience leading up to it was unnecessarily stressful because of the lack of organization, communication, and transparency from the owner. There are many hibachi companies offering this type of service, and unfortunately, based on my experience, this is not one I would recommend.

Topping it off, she was there as a Service Ambassador for both events -- she knew exactly what we had planned and was present to see that it happened. Katlin's teammate at both events, Mario, also was fantastic. Both of them worked hard, with courtesy and professionalism. The setup and food presentation was lovely, and the entrees were delicious. They bring a smoker right up to your party and everything is off the smoker and fresh. No heat lamps are used to dry out the food.
