First time the lady on the phone gave me an estimate based what I told her then I added more stuff to the pile after I talked to her so when the driver came, he did tell me the cost would be more, he called the office to confirm, gave me the price, I confirmed then he started putting stuff in the dumpster so it was super clear, they charged me the exact amount that I confirmed. Second time, I took a picture, sent to them, they gave me an estimate, the driver came, gave me the same amount of cost, super clear I first went with them because when I was trying to find a junk removal company, many places would require an appointment for an estimate then you make a second appointment for the pick up, I find that too much hassle and takes too long then I found this place when they were able to give me an estimate over the phone or email (They responded to my email in 10 minutes) and able to come last minute. Both times they were able to come on the date I requested, also gave me a 2 hour window so super helpful, the drivers were super nice and they picked everything up within 30 minutes I really have no complaints with them and would definitely recommend them!

The shower wasn't cleaned very well, we had to clean the door track better. They missed cleaning a window and blinds. It appears the supplies they were using gradually got dirtier as there was a progressive film on the black splashes and floors as they moved through the house. There were little bits of paper towel left behind here and there. Other than the few issues everything was else cleaned very well and fast. The stove and fridge look great, windows and window tracks are nice and clean and carpet looks good. I'd say the cleaning was "good enough", for the most part we are happy with the service but we are very particular in restoring our rental unit to like new between tenants, I wouldn't object to having them clean our place again but we would be sure to communicate better our needs and inspect better when they are finished.
