We had two rider coaches for a 9-person group due to an unforeseen bug with last-minute course registration that failed to limit group size to 8 riders. Lots of respect for the owner, coach Jeremy and the office admin in their handling of it. Everyone in the group received extra coaching from both Jeremy and Sergio as a result. Both coaches gave a good mix of constructive advice and positive reinforcement. The group trained on 125cc bikes; a grom, a bunch of Kawasaki z125s and some Honda eliminator cruisers (bikes are different at each of the training range locations). No riding experience, but my bike seemed to be in good working order. Since the ride height is lower on the cruisers, to accommodate shorter riders I had to scrunch my 6'4" self onto the grom. Worked out fine and had lots of fun in the riding exercises, just had to pull the knee out a bit before tight slow turns to make room for the handle bars. Really disrespected the grom going in, but had serious fun riding one. I cheated on the peanut laps to spend some extra time playing with second gear. It's funny, most of the reviews on Yelp are from people who had Don as an instructor. (He nudges us to give the company some stars if we got our money's worth. Yeah I don't really leave reviews if it was good... But here it goes!) Don was a fantastic teacher, very enthusiastic and entertaining while being professional of course. ;) So yeah, I had a great time and I know I got taught really well! The test portion was pretty relaxed too, he's patient and nudges everyone to have fun, loosen up, and try the best we can. I don't think you can request an instructor, but glancing over these reviews... Apparently, 3880 Irving Mall is the location to go cuz it seems he's the go to. Outstanding training. You are very likely to pass, but it's not a gimme -- you must put in the work and learn the material. Our instructor Sam was clear and fun with the classroom material. On the range he was clear, calm and patient, even when we messed up or put a bike down. Range training is on 125cc bikes, light but real motorcycles, perfect for learning the controls and the techniques. I was totally new to motorcycles. Today, two weeks later, I have over 100 miles on my own Yamaha V Star and I'm riding it to work daily. Note: the mall bathroom is closed until 11:00am on Sunday (Firewheel location), so plan ahead. My son and I took the basic class this week in Irving, Texas, and were very impressed with the patience, planning, and training techniques used by our instructor, Sam. Our class had eight people from 18 to 69 years of age, and very limited experience on motorcycles. (Duh, it was the basic class.) The online portion was excellent and gave us the fundamentals, and Sam did the rest. He not only was a most experienced and confident biker, he really has a knack for teaching a wide range of students. I cannot recommend this class highly enough. After taking the motorcycle training course (and failing because I dropped the bike) with H-D last year with some super serious instructors (good instructors, but very stressful for a newbie), I finally got the nerve to sign up again to get my license. Like night and day, this instructor (Sam) was great at relaxing us and having FUN. Flew through the class and felt super-confident. I highly recommend Sam. Easy, smaller bikes that aren't as intimidating or heavy as a new Harley 550 (I'm a small female). Great experience. And now I have my motorcycle endorsement! Woohoo!!! Let the fun begin! Just finished my training at the Irving location with Sergio. Great instructor to learn from. Sergio interacts very well with every student, and adapts his teaching methods based on the individual student's needs. I came to the class with riding experience, but no formal training. Sergio showed me correct techniques and made riding easier, and more fun. The bikes they use, are very low mileage. I would definitely recommend this course, company and instructor. Great class. Great Instructors. Learned a lot and I am much more confidence on a motorcycle. Great beginner class and a must to get your M endorsement in Texas. I took the class in Denton Tx. I had a female instructor Daniel and her husband teach my class. They had great bikes for everyone to use, I used a Honda Grom and it was a fun experience, great bike for a first time rider or a smaller person. This class was amazing. Never driven anything with a clutch before this class and they made it feel like second nature by the time we took test. The educational set-up for this learning experience was top notch, above and beyond what I was expecting. The instructor/coach Dave Schluter was fantastic. Awesome course that left me completely comfortable operating a motorcycle after completion of the course. Instructor Don was great and would answer all questions asked and would provide useful feedback to help you improve after every maneuver. The helmets and motorcycles were great (some of the gloves are gnarly so bring your own) and wear appropriate clothing for the weather. read more

Don and Sergio were both great. I enjoyed the class so much. They were both encouraging and patient. The class was challenging but possible. They push you to do your best and you will learn a lot about yourself and your motorcycle. So, have good tires put on your bike and be prepared to relax.
