Howi was the young lady behind the desk who was so kind and patient. Mackenzie was the expert on how everything should look and be properly filled out, and Ahmed was the one who administered the driving test and insisted our daughter's appointment get squeezed in because she missed her appointment time while we sorted the paperwork out. My siblings and I hired Pearl Rose Academy to evaluate my 91yo mother's driving. We had our concerns. Brandon understood and took mom on as a client. They spent 5 hours together and we ended up being reassured that all is safe for our mom, for now. Brandon called me after each lesson and gave me details about mom's skill set. Mom agreed for us to do this and she ended up loving Brandon. Again very friendly and explained along the drive what she should be looking out for. He provided feedback on defensive driving and parallel parking. She returned happy that she had passed the test and could go to the Office of Public Safety the next day to get her license.
