I was told the movers will be there by 12pm, Only 2 movers arrived at 5:45pm instead of 3 W/O the proper equipment (i.e. Wrapping, Boxes, etc.) causing a delay in the moving process FOR MY DISABLED MOM. I paid for 3 movers and a truck and now they are holding OUR furniture illegally on their own storage until I pay them ($1,000) One Thousand dollars for overnight charges and storage BASED ON A CONTRACT I DIDN'T SIGNED and CHARGES I WAS NOT AWARE OF!!! We initially chose Go Moving because they were the quickest company in providing us with a site visit and an estimate and we were ultimately very impressed with their crew and professionalism. They arrived early with two trucks and completed a sizable move in less than the time anticipated. Jason was the Crew Chief and he is truly great. Very organized, experienced and helpful. Go Moving is very lucky to have him. His team: Willie, Robbie, Jason M. and Miguel was second to none. We found all the guys to be extremely professional and courteous. My boyfriend and I hired Go Movers a couple weeks ago for our move across town. Heather helped coordinate the move, answering any and all questions I had, on a number of different occasions and never made me feel like I was bothering. The day of the move, Robbie and team showed up right on time, sat down with me to explain the pricing and the contract before they began. They had a ton of moving supplies on them, which was super helpful. We had a good amount to move for a 1 bedroom and it amazed me how quickly they worked and how much they could carry at once. I was VERY pleased with the service provided to me by Go Moving. From my initial phone call inquiring about the service and scheduling until the moment the movers completed my move, was a first rate operation. They wrapped and secured all of my items and loaded my 20 foot truck for an out of state move July of 2016 in FL. Justin L. and his crew were ABSOLUTE professionals! Go Moving crew did an incredible job last weekend for my move. Down one flight of stairs and up three to my new apartment, there wasn't a scratch or dent on anything they touched.
