Overall we had a pretty good experience, except for the duct cleaning. We had them install an AC…read moreand a new furnace. The crew was all nice and seemed like they knew what they were doing. It was hard to watch them sit on their phones while the electricians did their work, they could have been cleaning or something. DO NOT have them do a duct cleaning. Call Modernistic for that. We've used Modernistic twice and had MUCH better results. SP bent every single cold air return in our house and basically blew the dust into our house and left it for me to clean. They also left metal shavings all over our basement from cutting into the duct work.

This mistake costed me over $1000 to fix. I was reimbursed the initial payment of the installation, but not the two converters and the repair man that I had to have fix it. They took over 5 days to get the electric hooked up right. We have been without the camper heater since the first install. They refuse to reimburse any further. I would never hire them again. The company's morals are not for me.

When we called, we were told they didn't come because it was too hot to go in the attic (at 8 AM), and they were coming the following day, which they never cleared with us. When we said we would be going a different direction, the receptionist happily agreed. We have never experienced such incompetent and inconsiderate "service." Save your time, and look literally anywhere else for your project needs.
