The other house was very straight forward. Robert came and assessed both houses, explained what his process entailed, and sent me a quote. Robert was the ONLY painter that could see even tho the cottage was less square footage, it needed the most in prep. The front and back porches needed the paint to be scraped on the railings, then sanded, and primed. His attention of detail thru all of the stages of prep work, actual painting of the body of the homes, and trim, was unbelievable.He was here very day, actually paining with his crew. Their square footage popcorn ceiling removal pricing was fair and outbid other local offers. They were transparent that popcorn ceiling removal is a very messy job and it would require me to vacate the premises during their projected work schedule. Some of the drywall repair work required extra labor due to discovery of poor workmanship from previous companies but was priced accordingly. There was also a supplier issue with defective protective materials that caused them to miss deadlines. Despite setbacks, they aimed to complete the project to no additional cost due to supplier issues. There were significant messes left behind but we worked together in the cleanup effort. They made sure to return anything removed during their work back to their original spots after completion. We've also regrettably discovered some floor damages that most likely occurred during popcorn ceiling removal efforts, but apologies were made and the flooring was patched prior to payment. Overall, I am happy with their work and would recommend them.
