Like clockwork, I received my annual rate increase for 2024. There were 2 surprises though. The…read morefirst surprise was that it came a month earlier (the past 6 years it arrive in February for March. This year i just received it today for February). The second surprise is that the rate increase was $39! My monthly rent is now $278, which is now a 100% increase in 7 years. I posted last year and the owners said that the local manager would be in touch with me to discuss. It has now been 1 year and no one has contacted me about this. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! YOUR RATES WILL INCREASE EVERY YEAR BY AT LEAST $20. My rate increased by $40 this time and I'm confident that they are doing this to get me to move out so they can sucker another idiot like me into renting from them and then raise rates on a yearly basis. If I could give less that 1 star, I would.

I see no bill on the web site to pay. No one ever answers the phone and I have called several times since June to have the cart out so I can use it. I have to always ask for the cart. I had to clean the storage unit out as in the corner there was all this sticky stuff. There is always a wasp next at the door entrance into the storage units. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They also offered to let me switch if after move in I needed a different size. Furthermore, the storage units are very well air conditioned, there are multiple bathrooms in the facility and the bathrooms even have changing tables. Mike was amazing and patient with me. He has helped me on multiple occasions. He also insisted on ensuring I knew how to use all the codes for easy access. This is one of the rare occasions where I wish I could give a sixth star.
