I ordered a used replacement from eBay and after it arrived I looked for a body shop that could install it. After reading glowing reviews, I called Hyperion to ask if hey could schedule the installation, expecting to wait a few days. Instead the guy on the phone said to bring it in at 10:30 the next day. I didn't get there as a tweak in the door itself caused my overhead lights to stay on and drain my battery. I arranged for a friend to take me home, expecting to leave the car for at lrast the afternoon. But manager (I did not get hois name) said it would just be a half hour. He called over a ytechnician and 20 minutes later the car was ready! I had some body damage and the manager quoted me a price apologetically, noting that Lexus Parts are super expensive. I said well, it's a 15 year old car - probably isn't even worth the cost of the repairs. I started to walk away and stopped, turned and said, "Wait, I haven't paid you!" And he said, "no charge". I was dumbfounded and only hope I thanked him emough. Great work, fast, and even complimentary. I'm in awe. Go there!

It's one of the best decisions I have made this year. Will was able to come out with a day or so and run a diagnostics check, quickly locating the issue and showing me the results. He explained to me what the issue was, discussed options, gave me a full quote and a price - highly competitive. With me agreeing to what needed to be done, he ordered the part (Saturday) and came back the next day (Sunday) to install it. Incredibly helpful and so polite, he showed me the new part, walked me through what he was going to do and afterward even showed me the part he removed and explained the wear and why it was actually perfect timing. Within hours I was up and running again, good as new. I have NEVER had service like this from a dealership in all my years of being a car owner and driver (and that's several decades). Will also flagged other things that I needed to be aware of (including needing an oil change - which I will be getting him to come and do) but at no point pushed for me to do them there and then - zero pressure, just guidance. He repeatedly asked if I had any questions and was keen for me to understand what was happening and why - superb! He even cleared up the work area after he'd finished. Flawless. Aside from the convenience and Will just being an incredibly nice guy, his attention to detail and service are second to none. Well, once I dug into the process, saw that the work is warranted for a year, I figured I'd give them a shot. First, we had them do two aftermarket wheels which relatively minor damage. The result was pretty incredible. The wheels looked good as new and honestly, I couldn't remember where the blemishes were . Months later the wheels looked great. Today, we got four wheels on my wife's car done, all with curb rash to a varying degree and the result was great. The challenge today wasn't the damage, it actually wasn't super complex or extensive. It was the color. From the factory, the color is pretty unique, but the Dr. Wheel team got it pretty much exactly. A special shout out to Jonathan, who came out to our house twice and did a great job. Friendly, professional, thorough, and just an all around solid dude. Not that I hope to get more curb rash on any of our wheels (nor do I wish that for you!), but if we do, we will definitely go back to them. We've already referred them to a few neighbors.

Buddy Paint's estimate was about 20% higher, but I still decided to go with Buddy's because of the 5-Year material & labor warranty (the other company did not offer any warranty) and the feedback from the customer I spoke to. I also felt like Robert would take care of us. The crew was friendly and efficient. They prepped the home well. Robert was responsive when we told him of a few spots that needed extra attention. There was one issue (accidental damage) that I wish would have been proactively handled. But Robert worked with me to resolve to our satisfaction. Overall, we love the new look of of our home. I took it in to a place AAA recommended in downtown LA and explain the issue. They told me I needed a new timing chain along with a whole bunch of other stuff and quotes me $4800 for it. This was preceded with a lot of scare tactics on what will happen if I don't have the work done, which came across as very used car salesman-ish. When I ran the quote through ChatGPT I was told they were charging me dealership pricing for an independent mechanic for that type of work in LA. So I brought the truck here to Speedway where I had Minor worked done before and had a good experience. They told me my bearings need to be replaced and did the work for lesson than a quarter of the price I was quoted at the other mechanic. Work was finished in a day and the truck has been running perfectly since then. Had I spent to 4800 at the place it wouldn't have even resolved the issue, which means I would've had to come out of the pocket even more after the initial work was done. Obviously a truck of this age is gonna have some problems and when they inevitably happen again I will be back here at Speedway to take care of them. Highly recommend this place for integrity, quality, efficiency and fair pricing.

After getting scammed earlier today by another so-called "tire service," I honestly walked into Go Tires with zero trust left. Their Yelp rating was high, but when I arrived and saw the shop was small, I was scared it was going to be another scam. I was completely wrong -- these people are the real deal. Everyone at Go Tires was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. For the first time today, I actually felt like a customer instead of someone being taken advantage of. They even let me borrow one of their tires temporarily so I could safely move my car, and then helped me choose and install a brand-new tire with very fair pricing and super fast service. No tricks, no pressure, no attitude. The entire team works with real professionalism and integrity. After what I experienced earlier with that scam place, coming here felt like the difference between night and day. Took my Audi A6 in to patch a tire hole and they completely scratched the rim. Picture doesn't show full extent of the damage, it's around the entire rim. Gave extra $ tip to two workers and nobody bothered to even rub off some of the scuff marks. It was around 9pm and I never thought to inspect it with a flashlight. Very unfortunate considering I was better off just buying a new tire, for the cost of this damage. Luckily they only handled one of my wheels or I'd most definitely be looking at damage to all four. Be careful taking any valuable car here! If you must buy tires here in a pinch, install them yourself. Either the machine is faulty or their workers are very careless. The customer service was pleasant and I initially left feeling satisfied but was beyond upset after noticing the damage. read more

It was Sunday during Labor Day weekend. I was in town for my little sister's 10-year anniversary. I am supposed to pick up my parents and head for brunch. Of course, I have a flat tire. I put on the spare and head to a tire store. The first place I went to quoted me a 3-hour wait! Luckily, I was able to find Go Tires. I called and they immediately picked up the phone. They gave me their address which was only 10 minutes away. I showed up and they immediately started fixing my tires. They were absolute pros and they saved the day. 20 minutes later I was on my way to pick up my parents and head to the family brunch. They provide a very good quality service. I called on sunday evening got confirmation they are open. My tire had a leakage but no nail. It was very difficult to detect the leakage at first. Only due to soapy spray it was later detected by Mr Edwin. Took around 20 minutes to repair & patch up. Cost me 35$ a little overpriced i think. read more

Amazing service by Edwin and the staff! I came in to get my tires checked and it turned out there was a nail. They patched it for $40 (a little pricey) but I was out in less than an hour. It's very nice tire shop. They give me some. I'm usually in pilot sport all season for $80 each. It's perfect. It's amazing the price of the work it's gonna cheap so I just appreciate it and highly recommended this service. Very professional guy do attend the tire work all of this. read more

Unfortunately, I wasn't in town to bring it right away, and had to bring it back to the shop about 2 weeks later . (Still leaking btw) they said it was the "gasKeT" and I would have to pay another $48 to get this repaired. They said I should have brought it the day after i got the oil changed. Later after all the back and forth they offered to cover the costs for labor ,but I would have to pay for the part. Which was $3. I did not expect for them to charge me at all considering i had returned literally about 2 weeks later. (And called them over the phone twice to advise what was going on" They said i was "taking advantage" and told me god was watching. They said there was no way of knowing the part was damaged or defective . In my opinion they should have checked the gasket while doing the oil change . I ended up paying $10 which I didn't feel was fair but; at least they could pay off their $3 part they replaced. Next day after the lecture and "repair" ITS LEAKING AGAIN! haaaahahah now I have to go to the dealer and figure out what they broke on my car. I'm glad I didn't pay the $48 the second time around considering I came in with a car that was perfectly fine and left with a leaking car . THANK YOU LA TIRES AND AUTO BODY SHOP !!! :) I've spent $120 total for oil, filter, labor, a "gasket" and now I have a car with a bigger problem and NO OIL . DO NOT GO HERE !

I took it in to a place AAA recommended in downtown LA and explain the issue. They told me I needed a new timing chain along with a whole bunch of other stuff and quotes me $4800 for it. This was preceded with a lot of scare tactics on what will happen if I don't have the work done, which came across as very used car salesman-ish. When I ran the quote through ChatGPT I was told they were charging me dealership pricing for an independent mechanic for that type of work in LA. So I brought the truck here to Speedway where I had Minor worked done before and had a good experience. They told me my bearings need to be replaced and did the work for lesson than a quarter of the price I was quoted at the other mechanic. Work was finished in a day and the truck has been running perfectly since then. Had I spent to 4800 at the place it wouldn't have even resolved the issue, which means I would've had to come out of the pocket even more after the initial work was done. Obviously a truck of this age is gonna have some problems and when they inevitably happen again I will be back here at Speedway to take care of them. Highly recommend this place for integrity, quality, efficiency and fair pricing.

Fred helped me out - he was very friendly and non-intimidating (great for a gal going to an auto shop by herself!) He explained that Tesla tires have some foam, so patching the tire for the nail he found would be $50. It was nice he took the time to explain why it was a certain cost, def appreciated. They have a really nice waiting area with seating + strong AC (it was a hot summer day in LA), I was really impressed. Paid by cash because there's a small fee for credit card. 100% recommend this spot - friendly and service was quick. I was in and out fasttt!

After three years since moving to LA I finally found New Sun Auto Service and they turned out to be stellar. They do a whole suite of different services. I went for brakes services and air conditioning. Didn't air conditioning service after all but the brakes service went speedy and the manager J. Rodriguez was super friendly and broke down all my options beforehand and let me decide what package was best for me. Service only took couple hours in and that was perfect because I could get a nice leisurely lunch at the world-famous Pink's hotdogs one block away. Not a bad way to spend an afternoon. They aren't just mechanics, they do body work, upgrades, and custom work if you want to improve your car, not just maintain. Great experience! Couldn't recommend them enough!
