They were very responsive to my online inquiries for a car service. Within a short amount of time a ride was arranged and a price agreed upon. The morning of my ride, Stay Classy kept in contact with me via texts about who my driver would be and that they would text me while on the way. Tom was my driver and he texted me as he was on the way. He also arrived about 5 minutes b4 the agreed upon time. He was neatly dressed and helped me move my bags and suitcase into the car. Tom was friendly and nice. Very helpful and checked on me to see if I was ok with the ride. He was a smooth and conscientious driver and was able to get to my destination in good time. He also helped me with my luggage at the destination. Stay Classy is not cheap but it's well worth the price for the peace of mind and their helpfulness and responsiveness to inquiries. If I am in need of a car service again, I will be sure to look up Stay Classy and ask for Tom again.

The second time we contacted him, it was again for an flight out of LAX. We booked a roundtrip with him, 9-days apart. We flew in and out of LAX...our trip back into LAX was super late and James was right there waiting for us! It really couldn't have been easier! We notified him when we landed and then told him what pillar number we were at and within 3 minutes he was there with a smile again! The convince to have him there to drive us back to North County was great. We were so tired, and to think if we had to get our car from a lot, drive back to SD or stay in a hotel...no way! It was nice knowing we had James waiting for us, to get us home safely! The pricing is totally fair. You pay for great service and for the convince that YPD/James offers. Except I made a mistake with the original pick up time. I put 2:45 AM vs PM. My fault. I had a very hard time getting ahold of anyone. (Email on website didn't work) calling they told me to email this was 15 minutes or less after booking. Finally I called the next morning and got someone. Luckily they were able to change it for me. Skip to day of arrival. Of course our connecting flight was delayed. I messaged city captain to let them know we were going to be later than expected. Our original driver still showed up at the normal time and asked where we were. I told them that I contacted the company and the rescheduled for A little later. He told me to call him when we were out of baggage claim. In the meantime, I got a message that a different driver was on their way to pick us up at the new anticipated time. I let them know our original driver was waiting for us. I didn't hear anything back, so I Joe they cancelled that driver. We finally got picked up and dropped off at our hotel. Phew! The driver was super friendly and understanding when we apologized about the situation. Fast forward to scheduled pick up from hotel to be take to the airport at 4 Am. I was texted at 3:30 that our driver was on the way. I stood outside of the hotel until 4:05 when I called and said "hey we were supposed to be picked up at 4 and our driver isn't here" I don't think they remembered. You could see their car on the map that was not driving. Shortly after my call it started moving. 20 minutes late our driver showed up. Luckily we were able To navigate through the airport quickly to make our flight. I am not sure if these issues are normal? We have scheduled Ubers before at 4 AM and have never had an issue. So It's weird that with a premium car service this would happen. I don't know. Everyone we had Contact with was friendly though.

I emailed the address listed on the website and in previous receipts and it bounced. I also tried to call for several days and the phone was disconnected. Finally on the second week of trying someone answered, who was clearly on a cell phone. Told me they can't help with refunds over the phone and they don't have any phone number to help. My only option was to email an address not listed anywhere on their website or in my previous receipt. No chance I'm sending personal information that way. Pretty unfortunate as we have used this service for years. Something happened at the end of 2023 and now it's super shady. I recommend using a different service. Also this company just dispatches to other car services. May as well go directly to those companies.

He was prepared for our needs related to luggage and timing for our international flight. We had arranged for pickup on our return to San Diego. Again, Rudy was right there as we stepped up to the curb, totally prepared as before. This is best way to manage airport travel - so much more convenient and personal than other travel options; and also, more economical.
