Very organized company and pickup was amazing. My flight kept getting delayed. When I called to tell them they told me not to worry and that they were monitering my flight arrival time; and would be there to pick me up. Pablo, my driver was prompt and so nice even though it was after midnight and an hour and a half later than planned. The car was luxurious and he had water for me as soon as I got in. Star limo has been wonderful and so professional. They come to pick me up ten minutes early. They text me when they are about twenty minutes away and text me again as they approach my house. First, La Jolla Star makes it incredibly easy to book. I can text, call, or email any pickup request and have a confirmation in 5-15 minutes. This is extremely helpful for me when I need to make a last minute reservation or book for several people. The service and quality is top notch. Always polite drivers and nice new cars. Plus you have the option to link a flight number when coming to or from the airport. This allows me to focus on my event and not have to worry about communicating airplane delays. This is by far the best transportation company that I've experienced. They were able to get my 6th grade promoting boys in the Tesla Model x within less than a 24 hour notice!!! The driver was at our pick up location 15 minutes before our scheduled time, he did everything possible to make sure they had the best 6th grade promotion celebration. From beginning to end I had the best experience and I highly recommend choosing La Jolla Star Transportation. I'm very picky and have extremely high expectations. Fantastic service and responsiveness! They took great care and went the extra mile with the transportation for our multi-day, multi-trip team offsite. For example, when our team member forgot something at the hotel, they took her back to the hotel to retrieve what she had left. I loved La Jolla Star Limosine, but I have called, got message, and went to their address. I believe that they are no longer in business.

On NYE I was out and about and you can imaging the nightmare of trying to get a cab after midnight. The place I was at offered to get me a ride and got me a glass of wine while I waited. I figured it would take at least an hour but no I was only waiting 5 mins before my driver showed up. He came inside to get me and even put his coat on my shoulders so I wouldn't get cold. I was picked up in a nice Mercedes and had ample room in the back all to myself. The driver then asked me where I was headed and we were off. (I wish I could remember his name, however I was slightly intoxicated.) I had to get from the La Jolla proper to University City. $30.00 total for the ride. Once we got to my destination he even walked me to the door to make sure that I was inside my home safely. I'm impressed and have used them instead of a cab since. read more

My wife and I have been using La Jolla Star for many years. Whether it is from our home to S D airport or a ride to LAX, Robert and his team are always on time. The car is always immaculate, the journey is smooth and we arrive at our destination on time. When traveling abroad we often fly out of LAX. When we return, Robert or one of his drivers will be waiting for us as we enter the baggage area. The luggage is transferred to the car and the ride home is relaxing after a long flight.
