Keep your guard up because under the guise of caring about your cat or dog they gossip and look fir ways to abuse and betray. I was actually using this "service" respectfully and they went behind my back to contact a vet I had to lie and give a false complaint each to this Vet. I have a black & white copy of their lies and false complaints against me re my pets from the Vet in one of my pet's health record. This review is factual and I have proof of what Denise & Serrena UNPROFESSIONALLY did in betraying a then paying client in early August 2022. My experience should cause you to find another company because this "company" is NOT professional, is unethical, intrusive, and cannot be trusted. I used their dog walking and Pet Taxi services and while I was (until I fired them) a good and trusting customer they were lying - BETRAYING me behind my back to an unprofessional Vet. They had no right or even logical reason to lodge any FALSE complaints against me and the excellent loving care I take of my pets. Denise and Serrena in my experience are incredibly controlling, unscrupulou, untrustworthy and emotionally immature to unstable. If you hire them you too could be abused in the ways I was. They each told their own lies to have tge unprofessional vet call Animal Welfare FALSELY on me in what was established as an UNFOUNDED complaint - both complaints were deemed UNFOUNDED - patently FALSE. Beware if this sad excuse of a "company" that for no logical reason whatsoever lied about me while I was paying them for services - trusting them - THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTH.

The first time I met J&M, they came by to get to know my pets and collect the key. They took a lot of time saying hi to each cat and learning about her personality. I immediately felt safe leaving my animals in their hands, and from that point I used their services many more times, including over the Christmas holidays. I was always so impressed with their care. They would call if they had any questions, clean up very thoroughly, and write a very cute report of who did what and how much everyone ate. They would also play with my pets and keep a close eye on how everyone was doing, which was impressive because I have two anti-social (ex-feral) cats. I loved coming home and reading about what my pets are up to! I don't have J&M come visit anymore because I moved away from Waterloo, and I deeply miss having such a great resource nearby.
