On top of that, the front desk customer service was very poor. The staff treated me with disrespect and spoke to me in a rude manner when I simply asked about the doctor's arrival time. Patients should be treated with professionalism and respect, not like they are receiving free treatment. Overall, between the poor customer service and the lack of direct care from the dentist, my experience was very negative.

Only pain I had was the injections for the novocain which there is no evading. Approx 2 1/2 hours in the chair. Zero pain through everything. Little discomfort later in the day but very tolerable. Slept great last night. Woke up this morning and no pain. In the end I can say I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr Carnow and the entire staff. They were all super. They explained everything in detail.
