Dr. Lo is one of those people. A natural educator in a dental scrubs, Dr. Lo took the time to explain common misconceptions about dental hygiene with kindness and zeal. I understand that but I paid all services in full and they paid half so I should receive the refund. Their accounting stated that there is no refund. I am contacting the BBB and sending copies of my documents versus the ones they just sent me. Fraudulent company taking teachers hard earned money and thinking that it's ethical.
