Then they want you to get the proper codes from Your insurance company in order to come to your appointment even though your insurance no longer requires a referral. I told them to just cancel my appointment and then they miraculously had the code needed from my insurance for me to come. Now going through the same exact scenario for my husband whom is on my insurance . It's wild how unorganized and unprofessional the billing and prep is prior to an appointment. Still holding my breath we won't receive a bill for services rendered and insurance wasn't billed correctly.

People I trust said go here. Well, had to get on a three month waiting list, which was frustrating and depressing. BUT, ailments clear up and people cancel, so luckily I was seen in just over a week. My experience was thorough and professional. Two staff saw me first and took notes on my condition and asked many questions. Dr. Weaver followed, and was extremely detailed and very kind. Customers have many choices of medical practices to patronize and insurance companies pay the doctors providers so they're not doing the office any favors by they're rude and offputting behavior. simple kindness, manners, please thank you and how about I'm sorry when a problem arises not the blame game and rudely. Tell someone go sit down like they're a lap dog. The medical doctors here are great, but the front ladies office staff are the problem . They're the reason why I am going elsewhere.
