If I could leave a minus 1,000 for a review I would. Their "office" is filthy and a mere 3' x 3' square. One must stand outside to wait for one person to finish their business, so you can squeeze in there. Their office help is absoutely the most unprofessional and rudest ever. I don't think they could be any worse! They treat you like you are to be stepped on and have no respect for their "customer" whatsoever. On top of that, my vehicle was impounded for less than 24 hours and they STILL charged me almost $400. Why? They towed it a whole three minutes away. Had to go to one place, pay $35 to get into my car to get documents, go to my car, go back to that dingy office and pay another $365 to get my car out, and then go back to get my car. They appear to just randomly make up their costs on the spot. They are horrible - and I'm not just saying this because my vehicle got towed. They are horrible and I want everyone to know it. They take advantage of people because they can and that is why I want everyone to know how despicable they are. Their office help needs to be fired. They need an "office" that is at least clean. This place is SHADY! My car stopped on the Freeway and I was thinking the State Trooper was helping me by contacting them but I honestly think that they work together. My car sat on their lot not even a full 48 hours and they are trying to charge me $670 to pick my vehicle up. They had my car towed about 10mins away from where they picked it up to their lot. ****The car was illegally parked, which I take blame for, but that doesn't justify the PRICE GOUGING***** They Charged me $600. After being stranded for 5 hours with 3 disabled kids I reached out to multiple tow trucks in the area and no one was available because it was so late. Just when I was about to give up hope and push my children over a mile away I stumbled across "goch and sons" towing who answered on the first ring and assured me that me and my disabled children would be picked up. As another reviewer mentioned, I think many of these reviews are from people who were illegally parked and towed and were in a bad frame of mind to begin with. However, people illegally parked don't choose their towing company, so please take their reviews with a grain of salt. You're either here because you already want to review them, or because you're trying to choose a towing company to move a disabled vehicle. My car was dead in the driveway and replacing the battery didn't help. The repair shop that was recommended by my neighbor told me to call Goch & Sons to have the car towed. The person on the phone was polite and informed me that it would be an hour to an hour and a half. I told her that was no problem. The gentleman showed up on time (one hour and twenty minutes later), was super polite and professional, had the vehicle on the flat bed in five minutes (no additional charge for the flatbed instead of a two-wheel tow) and the price quoted for the tow was average for the area. If you're actually looking for a tow and you have a choice regarding the company, I have no qualms recommending Goch & Sons as your choice, although nobody loves having a car towed in the first place. read more

Where should I even start. If I could leave a no star review I would. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life. These clowns especially the lady working the desk behind the 1 way mirror window was the biggest of them all. The audacity she had to speak to me the way she did was absurd. I was just waiting close to half an hour outside just to wait another 10 mins to be helped inside because there not at the window all talking in the back. There were documents my tow driver needed that was never specified whatsoever ANYWHERE. Then I ask her well can we take it off the lot today without the truck driver, since he didn't have the documents. She said no and I asked if it was at that location where I was told it was and she said she wasn't going to tell me where it was at until I have payed. Can't speak for their towing. Their customer service is terrible. My vehicle was stolen. The police recovered it, and Goch towed it and impounded it in their lot. I called and after listening to an intro message for 10 minutes, spoke to a rude woman who essentially told me there was minimal damage, and that she believes the van is drivable. Fee is $75 to get it out. Irritated that I have to pay $75 because someone stole my vehicle, I begrudgingly show up to recover it. At this point they say they can't start it because the column is jacked from where the thief ripped it apart to start it. I ask to be let in to investigate it and see what I need to do to get it going (I'm capable of fixing this sort of thing myself), they say I cannot access my vehicle, and that I need to call a tow truck. Of course, if I call my own tow guy, I still have to pay Goch to bring it out of their yard because they won't let non-employees into the yard. In discussing with the assistant manager, explaining that this is a stressful situation and that they could help by bringing the vehicle out so I could size up the damage to determine if I want to scrap it or have it towed and where to have it towed... she was entirely unwilling to offer ANY assistance. I'd have to pay them to do this. When discussing this, she hung up on me! I wasn't yelling at her, I was arguing a bit because what they're doing is wrong and they should have some sympathy with the situation, and she didn't like that. It must be nice to have a business where customer service can be completely ignored because people have no choice but to deal with you. Do yourself and the community at large a favor and do not voluntarily use Goch. Businesses engaging in this sort of unethical business practice do not deserve to be in business. read more

I had to wait longer than usual and when I called to get a ETA the lady that answered was very very rude and when I addressed her about being rude she told me to call dispatch and cancel and to get a new towing company. I had an origami appointment time for 1pm I changed it to 3pm since the first eta was 2:47 just to find out 3:10pm the super rude lady didn't have any drivers available causing me to have to change my appointment time again. Gocha & sons towing are by far the rudest non compassionate people I've ever met in my life. My seventy-year-old mother's car got towed and when she called they said the towing fee would be $170. The very rude lady in the office was talking to my mom like she was a piece of garbage so I had to get on the phoneand explain to her that my mom was 70 years old she cannot talk to her like that. As soon as she found out my mom was 70 years old they bump the price up to $275 for her to get her car out of their yard.
