I would give a zero rating if I could, I was completely taken advantage of. The guy on the phone that sounded like he was on drugs said they would tow my car to Riverview Towing, which would be $90 and they would look at my stuff and try to fix it. If not they would take it to somewhere local. To my surprise I was charged another $50 for towing to another car garage and I was charged another $50 for a diagnostic. I was NOT notified beforehand I was going to be charged for. If I would've known all of this, I would have towed it with a different company to somewhere closer that my car was to a car garage that I'm familiar with, $190. Wonderful! Wonderful! Wonderful! Ron Miller came and rescued me today. I am disabled and get around on a mobility scooter. It died. Believe me I was upset as it is fairly new.
