My car completely gave out on the 5S freeway at 2AM. Look Call them Here's my story I got caught the night before in a storm my engine hydro locked and I called some random towing they quoted me @ 120 and wait was 2-3 hrs I thought it was a lot considering I was off the exit from my house which was .5 miles away(no exaggeration) right a lot then when the driver gets there his charge was 200!!!! I paid it fucken assholes Next morning I call MUNOZ TOWING and the guys honest tells me and hour only charged me 100 to tow to my mechanic which was 13 miles away (sounds cheap) it was considering what I dealt with the night before. Update 3weeks later call THEM to pick up my car from my mechanic he got there before I did let's LEAVE IT AT That. If I could give them 100 stars I would! From the moment I called to ask for service since my van came to a complete stop in the middle of an intersection during traffic time, the lady on the phone was so helpful and friendly. I told her my situation that I called a family member to try and jumpstart my car since I thought it was a dead battery and that didn't not help . I was terrified since not even my emergency lights worked and I had my two youngest daughters with me at the time. She made sure to dispatch someone to my aid instantly . She said help would arrive in 20 minutes and Leo called after about 10 minutes asking me exactly where I was located so he wouldn't miss me and arrived shortly after. He instantly towed my van to my home and even tried checking to see why that incident had happened . He suggested that the oil had been leaking and that might have been the problem , that my van ran out of oil and suggested to purchase oil and go from there. I took his advice and surprise!!!!
