She was super friendly, explained the equipment we'd be using, and had me grab some bands and weights after I took off my shoes and put on my sticky socks. The restroom was spotless, and the shoe area was clean and organized as well. This was my first barre class ever, and I was definitely nervous, but Kellis made it feel so inviting. As soon as we started, I knew it was going to be a great class. I've honestly never started shaking so quickly--within the first 10 minutes I was already feeling it! It was such an amazing experience. I loved it and can't wait to go back.

The studio is a bit small but the ac and music were pumping at just the right beat to keep me motivated and cool. Brandi's class that I took was strength and it involved multiple slow movements that involved a stretch band, two different size weights and a yoga mat. As someone newer to exercise, the class was a bit challenging but a really good push to take things to the next level. They offer excellent different specials from those for first clients, passes and monthly memberships. They even have discounts for first responders, students and teachers for monthly memberships. I haven't seen that yet in my experience. I would definitely return to this studio for another class.

The current property is not as well-equipped or updated as the other regional properties, Henderson, Centennial and Spring Valley. Hey yall! 2 stars for the good customer service only…read more.. 2 stars for the overall gym experience! I went on a tour and surprisingly, it didn't take long. How this gym advertises it online, is a lil different than it is in person. I guess the biggest gym that LVAC, has.. the one with the run around track that FLLOYD promotes, is the best location. This location is mediocre. Also, when I did go, it was packed, with old people. Lots of men. I did like that they did have a WOMENS only area, which was packed too... that's the only part I felt was good! Other than the cardio area was calm, but the entire weight lifting area was sooooo cramped and soo packed! What threw me completely off was the SHOWER AREA, a nasty mildew smell throughout the bathroom area. Which led into the pool area that I didn't like because you see over weight men just casually lounging in the jacuzzi like a regular everyday thing. I really wanted to see the sauna and to my surprise it was co-ed, I need my space. My personal space if in a sauna. No thanks, I won't be signing up here. She the employee, explained the fees and I was like huh? $47 & $49 for something... I thought it was like $10-$15 a month for 1 location! I understand the yearly fees. I liked only the juice bar and the vitamin store they had but nothing else. I'm just a lil more experienced with gyms and I don't wanna settle for just any gym. I take my workouts serious. I need peace whenever I'm training. Thanks tho!

I was busy that night but the fact that she went out of her way to accommodate me even though it was my mistake is stellar customer service. I bought a 10 pack class package with them and was actually thinking of becoming a member. Well, that won't be happening anymore. I just finished a Pilates Reformer class and I was sitting in the waiting area putting my shoes back on and their owner comes out scolding her front desk employees stating that their Pilates instructor should not be mingling with the front desk employees and continued to state that if she catches it again that she will start firing employees. Mind you, there were a few of her clients/members that were out in the waiting area. How unprofessional can you be?! She couldn't keep that conversation behind closed doors?! Oh and that wasn't the end of it. She continued her tantrum when one of the member asked if she was Cindy (the owner) and she answers stating, "just email me." Did not even asked who is speaking to her and did not even bother looking at the person talking to her?! I was horrified just sitting there watching all this unfold. The audacity and rudeness she presented as the owner of the place?! It gave me such a bad taste of place!!! I have been in the Vegas fitness community for a while and never have I seen such disrespect and lack of professionalism especially from the owner! There are a lot of other places and competition in Vegas and for her to display such attitude, I will not be giving her my business again! I come to these studios to destress and not be part of such toxic environment.

They have two bathrooms which were clean when I visited, although I did notice they do not provide sanitary toilet seat covers. The barre room is just one smaller studio which I actually liked. It keeps the classes feeling more intimate instead of overcrowded and it is easier to see the instructor and follow along. The instructors were helpful with modifications, pacing, and cueing throughout the class. Some even remembered people's names right away which was impressive. Others were motivational and walked around helping adjust form if someone looked like they were starting to lose alignment. The music is very upbeat which helps keep the tempo of the workout going. Barre movements are small but intense so the pacing helps a lot. The workout itself is full body with a lot of stretching in between. I took an Engage class which is meant to be all levels and beginners should be able to follow along. That said, you will still feel it. Expect the shakes if you are new to barre. Overall I liked the experience and would go again. It also helps that the studio is located in a safe area of Henderson which makes it a comfortable option for locals looking for a consistent workout spot.
