Tried to make an appointment online, and their website was closed. There was a notice stating that the website had not been renewed. I called and got sent to a mailbox that was not set to leave a voicemail. I decided to head to the place because that one time I had gone I liked it. Big mistake. I signed in nobody told me what the wait time was. After 20 minutes I asked how long the wait was and I was told another 20 minutes so I agreed to wait. Becky is the best. I drive 45 miles to see her. I have tried other nail salons in between and it seems like they are always taking shortcuts on my pedicure. Some just let my feet soak, trim my nails and then polish. I always pay extra because I want my cuticles trimmed, my feet scrubbed and massaged. Becky is a perfectionist. The overall experience at this salon was mediocre. I had gone in with a reference video that showed the step by step process and the woman named Kelly(?)stated that she wouldn't watch the 15 second video because she was too busy. Which okay I get it. Then she proceeded to make comments about how 'large' my hands were which is like, hello?????? She began to have an attitude whenever I vocalized how I wasn't liking the outcome, saying that she doesn't have time for this or that she's too busy. Which I'd just like to state I booked an appointment. It eventually boiled down to me requesting another nail tech. I believe her name was Ella, she is a godsend and the only reason I didn't give this review one star. I highly recommend Ella if you decide to come to this nail salon. All in all I wish I could've have a better experience being that my set was 75$. read more

This was my first time at this nails salon. Tony did a fine job with my nails (despite him not a being fun of light-colored nail polish because it is harder to put on smoothly ). I did not feel rush through which was nice. He took the time to ensure my nails were even and smooth. Almost 24h later and the shellac is still intact, which is promising compared to other places where shellac lasts less than regular nail polish. Keeping my fingers crossed it last for 2 weeks! NEGATIVE 100 stars! I got a pedicure 4 days ago. The lady who did my pedicure not only stabbed me in both of my toes but stabbed me twice in my right foot claiming I had a hang nail. Which I never saw or felt. Not even hours later my foot started to feel sore I figured it was from her roughly doing my cuticles.. a day later my toe is way more sore and started to get red. Now 4 days later I'm convinced I have a bacterial infection... and being pregnant I'm terrified, it almost hurts to walk and put on shoes!! , I just wanted a small pedicure to relax my back and almost swollen feet and to have done for my baby shower this week. Now I have to go to the emergency room tomorrow. WILL never go back here. Hopefully this doesn't turn into a lawsuit. Ps. Im feeling so frustrated. I've never had such terrible service at a nail salon. As soon as I came in to get my hails done, I was sat at a station, and my nail tech was sleeping in a pedicure chair. When Michael was woken from his nap, I could tell her did not care to do my nails. I was sitting with my friend talking to her and he was continuously mocking my friend and I. It was very disrespectful. I asked for a longer nail for my almond shape and he told me it wouldn't look good. He did my french tips horribly. The white is halfway down the nail and each nail is shaped differently. I am very upset and was treated terribly. Will never come back here. read more

Walked in technician sitting to right of sign in desk, literally looked me up and down and rudely said how can I help you, so I say, oh you take walk-ins right, I knew they did because the door said they did, then she very rudely says we're busy right now. Kelley did a rush job on my nails, I asked to go back and get corrected. I spoke with receptionist on the phone we agreed to 1pm appt. Then I received a text confirmation for 12pm later. I had to call back and was told oh well Kelley was actually booked so they just put me in another time slot without consulting me. I go out of my way to get back in to have nails corrected and was told "everything is normal" by Kelley my nails were not built fully for example it looked as if they were 2 weeks old. All she did was repaint one nail further back and I was rudely told I could go. I am so hurt and disappointed by this experience. They are nice if you don't speak up to get what you paid for. Perfect pedicure and dip nails except for one huge pet peeve! I stopped going to Venice nails because depending on who you got, you might get two coats of color or three. At Goddess I got 3 coats of shellac (awesome) but only two coats of dip. Instead she dipped the 3rd time into what she called clear but it actually has a pink tint. When I asked why she said it was a top coat (they are just being cheap). It change my nail color and you could no longer see the glitter. I would have had to start all over in order for her to fix it and it's not worth it. I just won't go back! Sad read more

I was told it was a 15 minute wait... that wait turned into 50 minutes before anyone even started... if there is that kind of a wait please tell the customer so they can make a decision to wait or leave... then to hurry it up they decided to do my nails while I was getting my pedicure which was very uncomfortable and i had to hold my arms up myself... on top of that I asked for almond shaped and I got circle or something that was not almond... I also asked for thin nails because I don't like a lot of coats... my nails came out crooked and bumpy and lopsided ... and I was there for almost 3 hours ...the polish on my shellac pedicure was also out of the lines .... I will never go back to this place this is unacceptable and to be honest these pictures don't do justice of how bad they look ! read more

I have been going to GODDESS NAILS for a few months, and I have no complaints with Kelley, who is the technician I like best. However, when I went today, there was a notice that a 2.5% "convenience charge" would be added to my bill if paid by credit card. I find this unacceptable. The prices are already slightly higher than most of the other salons in this area. To then add an uptick of 2.5% makes me wonder if Lynn is only interested in the money and not in the satisfaction of her customers. read more

Went in for a regular manicure. The girl taking care of me took almost 45 minutes to see me and did a sub par job on my nails. I feel it's hard to mess up a basic manicure but I've been proven wrong. I ended up filing my nails down once I got home because they were very uneven and not appealing. Even the polish wasnt cleaned up around the edges. 2/10. read more
