I came in for a regular manicure. The place looks slightly less glamorous than some other more updated salons I've been to, but it looked clean, which is all that matters in the end. I did not see though nail tools come in a "sanitized packet" which I'm used to seeing at other salons, which makes me a tad more nervous. But good news is I didn't seem to catch any nail or skin infections so that's .... Good. The regular polishes looked kind of dated too.... Not the most flattering shades imo, I picked a nude pink but it sadly started flaking within 3 days. But for the 3 days I did have it on, it looked very nice, the lady who painted the nails did a good job. The lotion they used for the hand massage smelled very artificially strong, I had to wash and scrub my arms and hands to get it out. Consider bringing my own lotion if I ever return for a gel mani. The service is decent, the polish and tools were minus 1 star each. Would consider returning due to convenience, but I'll probably explore a few other shops first. read more

A friend bought me a gift certificate for my birthday for this salon. I usually go elsewhere as Mondays are my day off and they are closed on Mondays. I went as a walk in twice but both times they were too busy to take me. I understand that. I called today to see if they had any openings for a pedicure, and she said she could fit me in at 6pm. Traffic was terrible and I was 8 minutes late. She canceled my appointment and said to come back tomorrow. No apology, nothing. No way in hell would I ever go back there. So I don't know how their services are, I'm just going to say good luck getting in. read more

I got my nails done here 3 months in a row starting in May. I wanting pointy nails. After a 3 month tying to get what I wanted with Jennifer and her telling me that she did the best that she could do in August, I went to Georgia for vacation. Went to a nail tech that was highly recommended and showed him the same pics I showed her, POINTY nails, I finally got what I wanted. Don't ever settle for nothing less and if you want pointy nails do not go here. Last 2 pics are from Georgia nail tech. EXCELLENT job. read more

Lynn does very good BUT the only thing that she lacks is customer service. I've gone there multiple times and every time I go she's very rude and rolls her eyes because I don't position my hands a certain way or she gets frustrated. Its very insulting to me a customer because I pay her and I feel like she doesn't treat me let alone anyone else nicely. Will NOT be going back. Customer service should be your number one priority. read more

I've passed by here countless times for years, but made it in today. A lady named Rose gave me the absolute best pedicure I have ever had. 100% perfection, as was the manicure. Rose did not rush, but was ever busy, and very detailed, missing NOTHING. Being cared for by this skilled professional was almost a healing experience. The owner was also very nice. I will be back as long as Rose is there. She is that awesome. read more

Not my first time here. I have always had a good experience here. One thing I do dislike about nail salons is when they move you from one chair to the next and then back again when they finish up on whomever came in after you. If someone calls in and you're expecting them, don't take me and then shuffle me around. I can wait and I appreciate you taking your time and doing it right the first time. read more

I came for the first time to get a pedicure and gel manicure. The two on staff are very nice nice, but I didn't see them pull out a fresh pair of nail clipping tools. Instead of using an exfoliating scrub for a pedicure, he used a watery lotion and his fingernails. Then he rinsed off the lotion and wrapped warm towels around my legs. For what, I don't know? Because there was no clay mask or scrub on them - just water. The lady was eating at the nail station for the first half and then watched loud videos on her iPad. No music or anything playing on the tv for customers. It was a warm day outside for being December and there was no air circulation inside so it felt stuffy. They offered me bottled water and were friendly people, but unfortunately I likely won't come back. read more

Jasmine is the absolute best. She has a passion for her work and it shows. She's always so kind and does her very best to do exactly as you ask. She's gentle and she does a perfect job. Excellent Long Lasting! You might miss this little piece of greatness if you're not looking for it so look for it! Walked in to get a regular manicure. They were very friendly and the gentleman that did my nails was great. My nails look amazing and the price was spot on. They look like they follow strict sanitation and sterilization. I will definitely be back to get a mani pedi. What a great find!! read more
