My daughter has sensory sensitivities, especially with her feet, so it took some encouragement to get her comfortable with the idea. I was genuinely looking forward to making it a positive experience for her. The front desk staff member was kind and respectful, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, once the service started, the experience shifted. The technician doing my pedicure, Tee, came across as impatient and dismissive. She seemed annoyed by normal interactions, which made the appointment feel uncomfortable instead of relaxing. The pedicure itself was just okay and she never checked in to make sure I was happy with the work. We chose the Lavish pedicure, which is the most basic option and it did make me wonder if that influenced the level of service we received. Regardless of price, I would expect to be treated with the same level of care and professionalism. I didn't say anything during the appointment because I didn't want to disrupt the experience for my daughter. I had framed this as something fun for us to do together and I didn't want her to feel that tension. Toward the end, we also felt rushed out, even while our polish was still fresh. From what I could see, there were several open chairs and no one waiting so the rushed feeling was confusing. At one point, the technician came back and pushed the ticket toward me without much communication which added to the overall feeling of being hurried through. Overall, it was disappointing. I had hoped to find a place we could visit regularly but I'll be continuing my search for a salon that feels more welcoming and considerate.

Again for the PRICE the QUALITY just isn't there I shouldn't have issues 4 days after getting them done. and just by looking at the owners responses on some of the other low star reviews you can clearly tell they lack accountability. My toe nails were left unshaped and long (there was no communication with me as to length or shape) and the polish on my nails is messy and bubbling like it was applied too thickly. And it's all over my cuticles. Waste of money. Adding on bc I got home removed the messy polish and realized that 1) the lady did absolutely no cuticle clean up (and I don't have messy cuticles so really no excuse) and 2) somehow cut into my pinky nail such that I've had to file it practically to nothing to smooth out the damage she created. Beyond disappointed and pissed that I paid for this mess. Ridiculous.

If my hand wasn't positioned exactly how she wanted, SMACK. If my fingers didn't move fast enough, SMACK. If I blinked wrong? Honestly, I'm surprised I didn't get smacked for that too. It felt more like dealing with a correctional officer than a nail tech. I was genuinely afraid to move my fingers because every tiny adjustment was met with a disciplinary tap, as if I was being punished just for existing. (There were other men there who actually took responsibility, such as the ones who asked for a refund after she added gel when we didn't request it -- and she charged us for a spa treatment instead of the usual $20 fee.) At that point, I was just expecting to be charged extra for breathing or emotional distress. If you enjoy being treated like an inmate instead of a client, this is the place for you. If not, run. Protect your hands.
