Kim does an absolutely AMAZING job on my pedi- She's my absolute fav! My husband had Tina do his pedi and he enjoyed it. Emi is EXCEPTIONAL with my nails and I've referred quite a few people to her. So far the best place in Katy! They know what they're doing, are very precise and definitely takes their time to ensure things are done right! Extremely happy with the nail service, customer service, pricing and quality. The atmosphere is a bit more quiet than usual as far as interacting with customers during service, but that's not necessarily a bad quality. :) Definitely returning!! read more

Don't go here!! It was my 1st and last time to go here without first reading reviews. Tina gave a painful pedicure and her tools kept stabbing my skin around the toes - I know from my podiatrist damage from salons around your toes is one of several contributors to nail fungus. I requested that Tina STOP cutting my toe cuticles & she played deaf & kept cutting! I asked her male colleague to relate my message in Vietnamese to Tina but she became irritated with me then & said, "I understand what you're saying." She goes to my other foot & continues cutting. I was so shocked at her defiance that I wasn't thinking that I should stop & walk out! Yes, she charged me full price, no apologies, & my two big toes hurt for a couple days afterwards. I did see my podiatrist this week. The salon was very basic, no frills, plastic-lined foot basin without cleaning, no nail drying device except an old very small old-fashioned fan. So I was looking to get my nails done and this was the cheapest area, on the phone they told me $12 dollars but when I got there they said $15 okay whatever so she starts doing my nails with her gloves on.. they had other people nail polish all over them. While she was doing my nails she asked if she could cut one of my broken nails and I said no, she continued to cut it disregarding what I said. Also she was way too rough with my nails. Gotta look good for my girl Chelsea tomorrow night, so a manicure was definitely in order. This place is very clean, my tools were sealed and had been in the "oven" and everything else was new (files, etc...) You can't get a manicure this cheap back in Boston. A $10.00 manicure? Really? I splurged and went for the French Manicure ($14, again, an effing BARGAIN compared to home....) and she did a great job. The lotion she used for my massage was warm, she took her time, and my nails look awesome. They are very short and are not in the best of shape, but she worked her magic and made them purdy.... The prices on other services were so inexpensive.... a mani/pedi is $25.00! Back home a spa pedi is $30-35.00. Ya'll are lucky to have Goddess Nails!! read more

I'm so upset I just went to do my eyebrows in this nail salon. I even waited to do my eyebrows with this specific lady Christy because she has done a wonderful job before. I was going there for about 6 months and then I just had to stop. The prices were good, the nail service was good but the owner at the time was very nosy and had no cooth. I will never go back here again. I started going here to just get pedicures about twice a year. Yeah I know that's not often but I don't like spending a lot of money on myself. Everything was great with the pedicures. They did a great job and it was very relaxing. Well then I started going to goddess nails to get shellac manicures as well. The first time they did an excellent job. The manicure lasted for over two weeks without chipping. The next time I went in I did not have the same experience. My nails were not even filed smoothly. They were jagged and they started chipping two days later. The next time I decided to come in I called for an appointment so I would get the people I knew were good to do my shellac manicure and pedicure. Well they sent me to someone else for both my manicure and pedicure and my nails started chipping two days later as well. I never felt welcome there as well. They get two stars instead of one because I had good experiences here with the pedicures and some of the ladies and the one gentleman are good at their jobs and make you feel welcome.
