Since my review of this company, four other people have been brave enough to share their own terrible experiences they suffered through due to Dawn's negligence and unsanitary conditions . In retaliation for my review. the owner is threatening to sue me for "slander" and stating that my photos are "falsified," and that I am just a "disgruntled" ex worker. This is not the case. I gave Dawn ample time to take accountability for the damage she caused and she refused to reply after numerous attempts, which I can prove with screenshots of texts, phone records, etc. The pictures she KNOWS are NOT fake because I have screenshots of the exact dates and times that I text them TO her AND phone records of when I personally called her FrOM the ER the day I had to call off work because my face would not stop bleeding even after I took her advice to hold pressure on it. Four hours later, it was still bleeding. I have proof of ALL that I have stated in my reviews and if it's factual, it is NOT slander. If the owner REALLY wants to bring up slander, well I sure could get her for what she did that caused my 11 year old daughter to come home bawling and hysterical (I have that on audio), about a horrible lie that Dawn had the audacity to go out of her way and for some sick reason, try to involve my kids in some made up lie, just so she can try to run interference because she was scared after finding out what she did to my face, but that's a whole other story. So, I think she needs to look up the word "slander" and pretty sure her actions and words fit right in with the definition. As for my experience, absolutely not. Mine can all be proven with hard and undisputable FACTS! Also, I am sure that the stack of medical records I have, along with doctors, friends and family that saw me during the time will be able to debunk this company owner's claim that my pictures are "fake." I am sure that she is afraid to lose her business and possibly her license, however her being a health care "professional" and a business owner, one would expect her to hold herself to a higher standard and provide a level of care to the community. Godiva and Company has since taken down their Facebook page as well, which a business that has nothing to worry about would just brush off the negative reviews and let their work speak for itself. Unfortunately, I (as well as many others), have a physical copy of a form that the office provides to their clients where they offer up to $50 "off your next visit" for online reviews to google, groupon, facebook and here on yelp. That is a total FTC violation and this business owner should know that. Therefore, the "positive" reviews are totally skewed, (and not legit, legal testimonies). Facts will speak louder than her counter claims. Like I said before, I really did not want it to come to this, however my injections were done the end of March and I got sick shortly after, which went on and progressively gotten worse as the weeks progressed. It was then that an actual doctor was able to put all the pieces together from the ER visits to the blood cultures, etc and determine that the facial cellulitis and biofilm I got was from Dawn's unsanitary bedside manners. I have more than one doctor's opinion stating the same. So, I expect this company to keep on trying to cover themselves out of fear that the board will do even more surprise drop in visits from events that occurred prior to mine. Just a shame that a healthcare "professional" refuses to take accountability and own up to her negligence. I can understand how those reading this review may be skeptical, especially given the numerous "paid" reviews, yet there are more people that are ready to back me up with negative experiences of their own. It's just really sad that this owner could care less about the clients, their health and their well being. read more

So Amazing! Do not hesitate - reach out - schedule your visit - change your life!!!! I was super nervous about looking so unlike myself.. You know how it is: You Google something to research a procedure and you see the worst of the worst and fear that you too will end up looking like a cartoony version of Kylie Jenner..... Not at Godiva. Easy to book. Easy to pay. Easy to park. Easy to communicate with Dawn and staff. Easy scheduling (weekends, OMG!) I came in wanting to turn back the clock a just a smidgen, like a Day Light Savings Time for my face. Just a little Botox on the furrow of my brow (I'm really not an angry person, I just looked that way!!) and a little filler on my top lip to match the bottom. My hopes were to turn back the pages of time and look like the 19 year old who looked back at me in old photos. I discussed this with Dawn, the RN, and she assured me that totally understood where I was coming from. She explained the process thoroughly, and I never felt lost or like I didn't know what was going on. She made some suggestions as to where to do the injections and we proceeded. This woman knows how to give good face! Knowing the nuances of the human muscular system is difficult, and Dawn knew exactly where to inject the Botox to make sure I no longer looked angry without over doing it. My lips were the perfect example of "just enough". No duck face, no crazy pout, and most importantly, NO FAKE LOOKING KYLIE JENNER!! I'm 48 hours post procedure and you can not tell I had gotten injections anywhere. Minimal bruising, no swelling, nada. I work in an office full of guys - I didn't want to get roasted for looking like I got jumped over the weekend. With Dawn's expertise, the bruising was almost non-existant and I look fantastic! Great people Amazing staff. HUGE self confidence booster. Do it. At the very least, do it for yourself. You will not be disappointed!!! read more

I found Godiva on Groupon and used it to get botox. I had never had botox or filler prior to going here. The botox had no effect so I went back to get more. I then decided to get lip filler since my birthday was coming up. Dawn injected my top lip with the filler. A couple days later my lip got dark red and hard. After a couple more days it got allot worse so being scared of a staph infection in my face, I went to the hospital and they diagnosed it as cellulitis. My lip literally poured pus for a week! I called Dawn to let her know what happened and she assured me that none of her clients ever had an issue. She offered to re-do my lip after it fully healed which she did several weeks later. I got cellulitis again! Pus pouring from my lip for another week! ugh! I again let Dawn know and she still insisted that she never had a problem. She lied. It has happened to others and after learning about them I knew I had to write this so nobody goes through that. I do have medical records for both of the incidents if anyone would like proof. I would also like to add that after going to another place for botox, I got HALF of what Dawn injected and it worked perfectly. Not sure if her botox is diluted or she's just a terrible injector. Either way, having Dawn inject anything in you, isn't worth the risk. And please keep in mind that Dawn offers discounts on future services to clients who give her positive reviews. Godiva & Co is a beautiful facility located in Blue Ash. Very conveniently located in a comfortable setting! I've struggled with hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) of the face for years. It's always been embarrassing for me in social settings as I could start sweating at anytime. I knew Botox could help with this from research I did on how to suppress the sweat. I decided to try 20 units in my forehead and it's made a huge difference this summer! I also love the results of a smoother forehead! I have my confidence back and I look great! Jenna was simply amazing and patient as I had tons of questions. She made me feel relaxed with her knowledge of the product / procedure and fully went over after care and expectations for the treatment. I was very nervous about my procedure, when I got there the woman behind the desk assured me I would be fine and told me it would be okay. She then went back and let Dawn know I was a little scared so when meeting Dawn she was so comforting. She sat and talked with me and told me the benefits and assured me that I would not have any bruising however some redness that would be gone quickly. She was right about that by the time I got home the redness was gone. She was so gentle and told me everything she was doing before she did it.She also told me that at the 2 week mark if I was not happy with the results to come back in for a complimentary touch up. I recently had my second appointment at the Blue Ash location and was just as impressed as the first time. The first time I saw Dawn, she was extremely honest with me and I had great results. Dawn wasn't in this time but the other nurse was great as well. I love that they have appointments available with short notice and even hours available on Saturdays. The price per unit on Botox is slightly higher than a couple other places around but with their rewards and quick appointments the additional cost is worth it. I love this place!! Dawn the owner and practitioner is amazing. She is the real deal. She has an eye for beauty and the skill and knowledge behind it. I have went to several different doctors for procedures and I am an extremely picky person. Dawn actually listens to your concerns and needs. I've seen Dawn a few times for Botox and filler and have been extremely pleased with my experience as well as my results. The staff at Godiva is friendly, and the office and treatment rooms are very clean. Dawn really knows what she's doing. I had done some research so I had a little knowledge of Botox and it was exactly what I expected. And RN Jenna is very knowledgeable and answered a million questions before the procedure. Wonderful staff, very friendly and professional. Calming and comfortable environment, very classy. I have had botox at other locations, and this felt more like a spa than a doctor's office. Very gentle and less painful than past injections. I just had the botox today, so I can not say what my results are at this point, but as of now, I would highly recommend Godiva. read more
