I'm an M.D. and actually am pretty knowledgeable about chiropractic medicine so that when I wrenched my back and possibly broke "something," I wanted first to see a chiro rather than an orthopedic surgeon. Chiros can often diagnose without x-rays or MRIs (as did Dr. Godo - "broken rib, maybe two, bad muscle spasm") and he started treatments during the very first visit. Now I do admit that loosening the muscles holding the cracked ribs was not totally enjoyable BUT when I left the office, I was certainly moving more easily than when I arrived. I asked when I needed to return. The answer really surprised me. "Not needed. Do your elliptical at the health club. Don't do anything that hurts." It is now less than 24 hours from my visit with Dr. G. and I am 90% recovered. Thanks! Great office, great staff! read more

This place sends out mass emails promoting anti-vax propaganda (talking about general vaccination, not covid specific). Stick with what you know - i.e. chiropractic care. Please don't send people emails containing fake news about false vaccination claims. Godo isn't a medical doctor and has no in-depth knowledge of the medical field, yet he oversteps his lane and pretends he does with medical advice like not vaccinating you or your loved ones. Couldn't believe they sent me multiple emails promoting anti-vax. horrifying. Also he promotes a zyto scan which is proven to be a complete hoax that has no scientific merit. Seriously just google it, you'll see it's an old tool that was debunked a long time ago. Yet godo makes recommendations and diagnoses based off the zyto scan "findings"... complete nonsense. The fact people trust him when using that tool is astonishing. If you have any friends who are doctors, ask them about it and they will laugh. He tried to get me to buy some supplement pills based off the zyto reading (using his discount code of course!). Just as an FYI, I went to the doctor after seeing him and told the doctor about godo's diagnosis and recommendation and the doctor said "no no no no, that's not right at all." How this place gets good reviews, I have no clue. Do people buy this disproven, non-science nonsense? Find yourself a responsible chiropractor who doesn't overstep his area of expertise. read more

Dr. Godo is easily the best AK/Chiropractor I've ever worked with. His practice is focused on getting to the root cause of your issue, rather than managing your pain or symptoms. I can't say how much money I've spent on traditional western docs to try and get to the root of my issues only to be said, "idiopathic" or "nothing life threatening." Yes, I'm updating old reviews. It doesn't mean I don't go to any new places. Or maybe it does. I've been seeing Dr Godo for a couple of years now, just basically for a tune-up every few months. If I could afford it, I'd see him every month. Each time I leave his office, I'm on a high that lasts for the rest of the day. Even when he does things to me that make me grunt. I've been seeing him regularly enough that we've moved beyond the initial problem I went for, and have moved on to overall health. Of course, if I have a specific problem -- as I did this last visit - he'll address that. Brief anecdote: When I saw him at the beginning of the year, he noticed a misalignment, and asked if I was doing anything that caused me to look down and to the left. (Sounds like "JFK.") Do you sleep on this side, do you face that way when you're watching TV, is your computer screen to the left, so on. No, no, and no. Well he does his correction anyway. I leave his office and catch the bus. I pull out my book and start reading -- down and to the left. When I'm lying on my couch reading -- down and to the left. When I'm in the classroom and have my notes on the desk -- down and to the left. Oh, that down and to the left! Now, does this make him a magic man? No. But he's the only doctor I've had who pays that close attention to what's going on with my body. read more

Great for both body pain and allergies. I don't know who he is or where he came from but at minimum he will cure you of at least SOMETHING. I wish I had known about Mr. Godo sooner, he would have saved me thousands in chiro payments over the years. Most just crack snap and pop... I am 42 years old and have been seeing Chiropractors since I fell off a horse when I was 13. I have see them all, some good, some bad, NONE LIKE JASON. He didn't put me in the usual positions, pop away and then see you in two days. I mean he did eventually pop me in some of the usual ways but not until he figured out why my back was out of line. for me, I had no gluts, no ass and was walking and running by using my lower back instead of my hamstrings and ass. He helped me to correct this. I AM PAIN FREE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 20 YEARS!! and have been for weeks and weeks and will be until old age really slows me down (decades from now I hope). If you have back pain and want it gone, go see Jason. You have to listen to him and take responsibility for your health, but if you do this you will heal. By the way, I see a couple of negative posts here and at first I was surprised. But I understand it. I went to see him for a kink under my left shoulder blade. So painful! He worked the shoulder a bit but said it was caused by all the crap going on in my lower back, hips, and butt. He spent most of his time working on down there. He then told me if I didn't 't develop my gluts, nothing will get better, especially that kink in my shoulder. So, if you are old school and go see him for your neck and he works on the area that is causing your neck to hurt but doesn't work on you neck per say, then it could be confusing. Also, if he tells you he can't fix your neck until you make some changes or put some work in, than he can't help you the way he helped me, the way he changed my life. In short, Jason is a healer. I can't thank Dr. Godo enough for making me feel so much better. I went to him after visiting several GI doctors and having no success for the past 9 years. After many years of IBS, gluten intollerance and cramps, bloating, etc that all comes with IBS I was at my whits end! I have had many tests run and have been on so many different types of medication that has made me sick, tired and irritable. After the zyto scan I was aware of so many imbalances within my body. Have had many very good experiences being counseled on how to address what was actually bothering me. He is able to see the whole person and while not against the ways of the AMA, is committed to finding a natural, lifestyle and nutrition based approach if possible. Most recent experience: went in fearing an old spinal disc problem was resurfacing after many years, but was soon counseled that I was experiencing a purely muscle, tendon issue and was given a simple exercise to correct the problem. I had a very bad experience here. First, they said it was a "free first meeting," but then they proceeded to charge my insurance company. When my insurance company didn't pay for everything, they sent me the bill. Prices were way more than a typical chiro. Also, I awoke the next day to bruises where Dr. Godo had "worked on" my pain. From one treatment with him, my pain and numbness resolved and I now know what to avoid doing in my daily life to prevent the problem from reoccurring.
