So my boyfriend wanted to surprise me by having flowers delivered to my job on valentine's day but he was the one that ended up being surprised, disappointed, upset and embarrassed!!! The flowers I received were hideous and complete crap to the point where I was even embarrassed to have to have them at my desk until my shift was over! The quality of the flowers were so poor that they were brown in some parts and the rest of the "arrangement" was skimpy and flimsy! My boyfriend told me the flowers I received were not what he ordered or paid for, he paid $80 and they didn't even look worth $20!! I understand it's valentine's day but maybe if the company couldn't keep up with their standards they shouldn't have taken this order. Even the bow was so sloppy it looks like the arrangement was put together in less than 2 minutes. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone so you can save yourself the embarrassment of either being the person receiving them which was me in this case or the person sending them because once the flowers are delivered you'll look like you were being cheap. My boyfriend was so upset and embarrassed that he ended up buying me flowers from another shop that compare nothing at all with what I received. Needless to say the only part they nailed was the vase and that's because there has to be no effort placed to grab the vase that matches the order. During the recent freeze all over the entire US, we found out Thursday morning that my daughter's wedding flowers could not be delivered by her Saturday wedding. The grooms mother called Karin and Amy on Thursday morning for a Saturday wedding and they totally came through for us!! We also had a very large wedding party, but they were willing and did everything they needed to do to make sure they could get the flowers done on time as well as delivered and placed. The flowers were almost identical to what she had ordered originally somewhere else. They did all of the boutonnieres, bouquets, arch flowers, and centerpieces. Amazing customer service. I did not realize that they typically don't do "walk-in, walk-out" appointments. I showed up looking to just pick something out for my girlfriends birthday, and instead of turning me away and making me request a bouquet over the phone or online, she instead took me back into their private shop and flower fridge and helped me pick out individual flowers. Please do not order from this place.. Teleflora needs to be contacted to not contract with this florist. My boyfriend ordered me flowers on Valentine's Day and they arrived 2 days late. the address was correct but they could not locate it. They should not be in the delivery business.. They also did not even deliver anything close to what was ordered and some of the flowers were dying already. I told my boyfriend to reverse the charge as he should not pay for something that could not be what was requested.. What a major disappointment. I ordered two of the same bouquet for mothers day. One went to my mom and the other to my mother in-law. You'll be able to guess which is which from the pictures. My mom's did appear to be a $60 bouquet but my mother in-laws looked like it was stolen from a grave after having been there for a week. I called and spoke with Kyle, texted him the picture and he was "surprised it went out the door", and said no problem when I requested a refund. I needed something special to commemorate my parents' 30th anniversary. Karin and her team are awesome and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a florist in Tempe or the surrounding area. I found God's Garden Treasures online through a Google search and after seeing tons of great reviews all over the place I knew I would be able to trust them. They do a lot of weddings and events, so I figured if they can handle bridezilla's and event planners, my floral arrangement would be a breeze. Karin called me to get details of my parents event and learn a little bit more about my preferences for the arrangement and the theme and everything. I'm a guy and like most, don't have any idea what type of flowers or colors or anything is supposed to work for what occasion. With the limited information that I gave Karin, they came up with an awesome floral arrangement with Hawaiian themed flowers like I requested and even added some cute sea shells. My son had me place an order on his behalf to send his girlfriend flowers to work for her on valentine's day. We were online for a long period of time to pick the perfect ones for her since she loves lilies. Well we ended up placing the order and everything went smoothly. On valentine's day I received a text message from my son's girlfriend with the picture of the flowers that were delivered to her. To my surprise they were not the flowers what we ordered. The flower arrangement she received was unacceptable and was very poor quality. There was no lilies on it and the so called "lilies" on the arrangement were tiny flowers and the bow that was on the vase was falling apart and sloppy. I don't understand how these flowers made it out of the shop looking like that. Her and my son's valentine's day was ruined because we did not receive what we paid for! I've called to complain and have spent numerous of hours on the phone trying to get the issue resolved and have not been successful in doing so to my satisfaction. I spoke to Elena from God's garden treasures and she offered to replace the arrangement which I refused because my son had already purchased a different arrangement for his girlfriend to give her some decent flowers on valentine's day. We are embarrassed, upset and disgusted. We a're out $80 because of the cheap service that was provided. I was also offered a discount or credit towards my next purchase by Elena which of course I refused. I will never shop from them again so even the suggestion was offensive. I understand I used a different company Teleflora to place my order and I'm upset at them too, but how they go about getting it done is out of my control and out of my reach. God's garden treasures was the one who made the arrangement and put it together. Now I've spent numerous of hours trying to contact Teleflora and have yet to get this issue resolved for a refund! I feel this company should take responsibility because they were the ones who made the mistake of letting such horrible work even leave the shop. Had they met my expectations and received my money's worth there would be no need for me to contact Teleflora. Because of their poor work I'm now left to pick up the pieces of their messy work! I love that they ask questions about who you are sending to, so that they can custom create the type of flowers and arrangements for that person. I have changed my rating based on the owner Karin's response. After my review, she reached out to both me and the person who sent the flowers. She was very apologetic and ended up sending me a new arrangement along with some chocolate covered strawberries. The flowers are once again beautiful and I'm happy to say still looking good after a few days. Mistakes or problems will happen in any business. It's how you deal with them that matters. Karin did a great job, and both arrangements were beautiful. My flowers were sent 2 days before Valentine's day, so not n the big crunch day. My experience with them started out badly when the flowers were not addressed to me, but to the person who sent them to me. Since they went to my work, it is only by luck I even received them. The arrangement was beautiful, with a combination of roses and tulips. However, the flowers started dying the very next day, and today, 2 days later, only the tulips still look good. Yes, I had water in the vase, no the temperature in my office was not extreme. The shame is that someone spent good money to send me beautiful flowers and instead, by today, Valentine's Day, I have a wilted bouquet. read more

If you want the best smelling, longest lasting flowers get them from God's Garden Treasure. The shop was a little hard to find because it was tucked away in industrial area. I went in and had no idea what I wanted but I did have a budget in mind. I gave the florist my budget and what the flowers were for and they did the rest. The questions they asked me helped them get an idea of what they should put together for me. The final product was really pretty and OMG I can not even come up with enough adjectives to describe how awesome the flowers smelled. They didn't just smell for a day or two either. A week and a half later and they still smell wonderful. When I was carrying the flowers to their final destination everyone I walked by made a comment about the fragrance coming from the flowers. When I've picked up flowers in person, they've been really big and fresh and colorful.
