I called All Occasions Floral about 1pm on the Saturday before Easter, inquiring if they had any bouquets in stock that I could purchase for Easter gifts for my mother and mother in law. Rather than give me premade vases, they offered to customize the bouquets to my liking. I spoke with Judy directly and she was absolutely wonderful. I was so thrilled with the level of care and service, that I added in a centerpiece to the order. Judy said they could even have them delivered that afternoon between 5 and 6pm (just a few hours from when I called). The bouquets arrived and they were stunning. The had height, color, and interesting flowers. My guests commented on them and I told everyone where they came from. The bouquet recipients were so appreciative. I will make sure to keep going back to All Occasion Floral and connecting with Judy for outstanding service and quality! read more

Teleflora failed to deliver our casket spray and we had an hour before needing to go to the funeral but AOF was able to do a casket spray arrangement in this emergency situation. So the delivery person waited for the babysitter to retrieve the flowers? But what about the text message I received after my complaint; blaming the babysitter that must've left the bouquet out in the heat and then dropped it? The only buyers remorse I have is from trying to order from a local business rather than a big brand floral shop or grocery store. As I stated via text message and over the phone, i didn't mind the flowers I was simply not happy with the way they were arranged. Now I'm simply not happy with the lies and blaming others. Angels work here... Beautiful things happen... Wonderful Judy & her grandson are jump through hoops Angels . My life long Girlfriends of 57 yrs, husband had to go to a hospice after a terrible accident. With unknown amount of time I wanted to cheer up the room with a bonsai tree. Judy went out hunting for a bonsai tree, she found the last beautiful bonsai palm at Lowes. Aw...it also had a little ceramic panda under the palm leaves. Since childhood my girlfriend has always loved the pandas. I'm giving God credit for that one, thank you God. Judy also made a beautiful garden arrangement for us. Judy placed her last butterfly (purple) on the top of the bonsai tree. This sweet scene of the bonsai palm tree with a panda resting beneath and a butterfly fluttering above brought real piece to my friend. Cheered me up for days as well. They are regard as a symbol for friendship and peace. This is why I can say Angels work at this flower shop. Thank you dear Judy. read more

Ordered flowers for Christmas, the flowers received looked nothing like the picture from their website! I reached out by email to discuss the issues and received an email back apologizing and offering a $25 refund by Venmo. I replied back giving my Venmo and thanking them since i had ordered another bouquet from elsewhere. Was never contacted or given refund. read more

Ordered flowers from here for the first time because they said they delivered same day. Flowers were for a death in the family and very important. They were not delivered same day, even though the order was placed early in the day. When I asked why, they said they were not sure if it was a gated community. I did not put that there was a gate in the instructions, and there was not one. They also said that they had already been to that area the day I ordered and therefore did not go back. Again, when I ordered I was assured it would be delivered the same day. I was not informed that the florals were not delivered and had to call them. The manager was not nice or sorry at all when I spoke to her on the phone. When I asked for a refund, they never emailed me back. I Definitely do not recommend this floral shop! read more

This floral shop goes above and beyond for their customers. I received some beautiful red roses for valentine's day, all of them but 2 had wilted by the next day, I called and shared with them so they could maybe alert their supplier. I did not want more flowers. the manager thanked me for sharing. At around 3 pm, the owner herself rang my doorbell and gave me the most beautiful bouquet that she made herself. I sing the praises of this florist and Judy Phillips. They/she went the extra mile to grant both my request and those of another family member when ordering flowers for my MIL's funeral. Judy never gave up in trying to source my MIL's favorite flower to include in the arrangement. And the custom arrangement she created had so many wonderful touches as a nod to my MIL's Japanese heritage and featured such nice flowers (very large roses, tulips and even little orchids). The very fact that she would add a Japanese fan from her own personal collection and dye an artificial silk Cherry Blossom stem she had in the shop to include in the arrangement speak to a dedication to customer service you just don't see often today. And of course, the delivery direct to our V.A. National Cemetery pavilion was seamless. read more

I ordered an orchid plant for my sister to be delivered on a Friday, but apparently I missed the deadline for same day delivery. She did receive her order on Saturday, however it did not look anything like the description on the website for the pink orchid, and was missing some greenery and a more decorated glass cube container, there was no greenery and it came in a white round vase with an ugly purple ribbon. Just a little disappointed it did not come as the picture depicted and for nearly $70 would have hoped for something more like the picture and decorated. I ordered flowers for my wife for valentine's day through just for flowers. The site said they would be delivered on valentine's day, which they were not, tried calling and all we got was a voice recording, emailed I still have not received a response. 15 mins before my wife is to leave work today, they finally show up. They look nothing like what i ordered. When my wife had finally gotten through to someone today there was suppose to be a letter of apology. It was not there. I have never been so disappointed in a professionally done floral arrangement in all my life! My husband ordered flowers to be delivered to my work for my birthday. I was saddened by how pitiful they looked, but figured he opted for a cheap arrangement. However, after I saw the price tag of what he spent I was instantly angry. Considering the cost of the flowers was $60+, I feel like he was scammed out of his money. The flowers I received are the most pathetic arrangement I've ever seen and look NOTHING like the bouquet he chose. The arrangement he chose looks full and luscious, the one I received is sparse and had flowers already wilting upon arrival. I told him to just buy from the grocery store next year, as that would have been both more beautiful flowers and a better way to spend our money. Ridiculous! If we are going to spend $60+, I'd like to feel like I didn't just waste my money on same damn leaves with a few flowers tossed in. If I could give a ZERO I would. Yesterday, I tried to call (3) times during the morning to place a delivery order for my mother's birthday. In the meantime, while waiting for a call back I decided to try their website and easily placed my order online. Around 2:30pm I was notified the order wasn't processed in time to make the delivery and would taken care of today, a day after the birthday with an apology. While disappointed, I appreciated the call and informed my mom her flowers were coming a day late. Today, I receive an email stating they're closed for spring break, should have had a "banner" on their website, and that my order would not be processed at all. No call, no delivery, no customer experience! Worst flower shop in Arizona, and definitely a classless email to tell me more than 24 hours after my order and a call from their shop that they wouldn't be processing my delivery order. Run, avoid this so called business and find a reputable flower shop that cares about their customers and experience. read more

She got everything straightened out immediately, personally delivered my order to my friend. I am the recipient of roses from All Occasion Floral. They were delivered yesterday for my birthday. I was out all day, but received a message from the owner, letting me know that she left an arrangement behind the planter by my front door. That was a great touch, as had I not received that message, the flowers would probably still be sitting there, frozen dead. Who ever goes through their front door in Arizona? :-) The flowers were beautiful. There were 1 dozen white roses, (my personal favorite). I did find the packaging a little odd however. They were just wrapped in plastic, like at the grocery store and left on the floor. I never had flowers delivered before that were not either in a box or a vase. The flowers were beautiful, but they were on the verge of opening. They opened completely today and are still beautiful, but now they will be ready to throw out in a day or two when they start dropping petals, turning brown on the edges and dying out. I've always received roses that were still quite closed on arrival, so that they lasted at least a week and you got a longer time to enjoy them. I will be disappointed when I have to throw these out so soon, therefore, between the packaging (or lack thereof) and the longevity of this batch, I have deducted 1 star. I would definitely give them another chance tho, as the customer service seemed over and above the norm. read more

I was absolutely amazed by the service from All Occasion Floral in Scottsdale. I called from across the country and gave them the amount I planned to spend on the flowers. I told them the occasion, and described what I'd like the flowers to look like (pretty, sweet, simple, for a family that has a girl, etc.) She spent lots of time on the phone with me describing the flowers (made to order always) they had just received fresh, and also took all the information and word-for-word message I wanted in a card. She even included a poem for the family (it was a sympathy occasion), and guaranteed they would call and make sure the flowers could be received - not dropped at the door. Additionally, she texted me a picture of the flowers right before they were delivered! Amazing service, and incredible bouquet of flowers.
