Even though it is heartbreaking to leave my child in the morning I know she is in a safe and healthy environment where she can have fun and start to socialize with other little ones. However, after touring CCY, meeting both the director and assistant director, and interacting with the teachers, I am so happy we made the switch. My child has learned so much, loves his teachers and his days in care, and while it was a rough transition (due to his age, not the facility), everyone at CCY helped us both through the process. Having issues arise at our last place wasn't ideal, but I almost see that as a silver lining, as it lead us to Children's Courtyard. Also, while it isn't a requirement for good care, the app they have is so great! You get lots of updates, its easy to communicate with staff, and you're able to change your info and make payments yourself through the app or website. It's been SO NICE to be able to do that myself, instead of having to call in somewhere. Very user friendly, and customer focused.

My son attended from kindergarten to eighth grade and my daughter attended from third grade to eighth grade. They are now 22 and 25 and have a strong self image that I attribute to PPMA. The montessori school methods they have taught me have improved my parenting. I have learned to listen to my children and consider their needs and how to redirect or train my kiddos. To expect my kids want independance in their abilities toncare for their space, themselves and others. They are curious, informative, moldable and happy. I am amazed at how calm the classroom environments are. They truly are little communities that respect each other and care for each other. This was the second daycare we toured, and we were surprised at how quickly we felt at-ease. After Principal Shannon gave us a tour of the classrooms and curriculum, we knew that they were fully committed to the best experience for both parents and children. I got frequent updates of how my son was doing after drop off from Ms. Karen and Ms. Shannon, along with photos of our little guy assimilating in his new environment. I also enjoyed seeing the photos from the Vrutti app of class activities and the children playing with each other. I'd always hold my breath to see our son's nap duration, but I was surprised at how well he was sleeping so soon. We thought we would ease into daycare with a 3 day a week schedule, but our only regret is not going 5 days sooner! My husband and I can now work soundly knowing our child is in extremely capable hands. All the staff are very forthcoming as well if your child seems off/sick, had an accident, etc. There is a strong culture of honesty and integrity here. So after almost 4 months, I can confidently say the staff at KLA have been a true blessing. We are not stressed about call-offs or our son being bored at home anymore with the same stations. He is so advanced at 14 months, learning how to hold pencils and playing with his friends in class. Baby Nido teachers Ms. Sayantani, Ms. Cristina, and Ms. Eva are the dream team. Leaving your kids with non-family can be difficult in any capacity, but the Baby Nido teachers are true professionals. I could truly go on and on about about the teachers and staff at KLA. As a working parent you tend to feel guilty about leaving your kids on a daily basis. However, after so much time spent at KLA, I actually feel a little guilty on the days they are NOT there because I know they are probably having more fun and are learning more when they are there! You can feel confident that your children are in great hands when you are gone. Just don't feel bad when they cry when you come to pick them up because they don't want to leave...
