They hold onto packages for a few days in their hub before they deliver, and they leave packages unattended in apartment building lobby, where theft is prevalent, even after numerous complaints. EVERY TIME i have a package getting delivered by them they say they "cannot access the address" which is completely untrue, no other delivery service has this problem. my final straw was when i was notified of my package being delivered, only to see it was at the complete wrong place, when i put in a complaint, it MAGICALLY showed up at my door at 1 a.m. the next day. as a small business, it is extremely important for my packages to arrive on time and to the right place, but every time i have a package delivered by GOFO, it is late, at the wrong place, or never even gets delivered. this company is a JOKE. read more

GoFo Express is by far the worst delivery service we've dealt with. The driver falsely claimed to have attempted delivery, but no one ever showed up. He also claimed he couldn't access the building, which is completely untrue--the entrance is always accessible. After waiting over 40 minutes on hold to speak with customer service, I was told they might attempt redelivery sometime within the next three days. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially given the urgency of the package. This delivery was extremely important to our business, and because of their failure, we lost a valuable opportunity and revenue. GoFo Express showed a complete lack of professionalism, reliability, and accountability. Horrible service. Sent a bd gift to my daughter,never received it . Oder placed with Etsy 10/15 to be delivered by GoFo Express. I contacted GoFo Nov. 6.when I never heard from them . They said it was undeliverable. . My daughter lives in a large upper class neighborhood with long driveways and lush landscaping which obscures houses . They wanted me to discibe how to get to her house. I have no idea how. It has 2 different street accesses . Plus I asked why can't they Google it like UPS does. They insisted i give them directions I asked them to call her , they said I had to tell them because I'm the customer. I told them asking my daughter would ruin the surprise. I wrote a review on Etsy and asked for my money back. Still no reply. I believe they never intended to deliver it. We all know how easy it is to plug an address into a phone. Ordered from Hike and received notification it was out for delivery on April 23. As of May 7, not delivered yet. Contacted Hike, their response is shipped and supposedly contacted GOFO. Contacted GoFo by phone, was told they would check on it and let me now in a couple of days. No response yet and just sent an email to GOFO, Wonder if I will get a response. They delivered a package to the public place near my house. Not to my front door. Not the place where I would check for packages at all. Then when I looked at the delivery photos on their website (which didn't even work on the first try), I discovered where the package was -- but when I came to pick it up finally, it wasn't there. Essentially they didn't deliver it properly, and it was stolen. When I confronted them about it, they said that the delivery was made "in compliance with their internal instructions" and that they will deliver like that the next time too. They are the only company that does this, I have others (Amazon, USPS, UPS, FedEx) delivering properly, always. I should note that I didn't order their delivery specifically. I just ordered from Keychron who used GOFO Express without my knowledge. If I will ever be given a choice I will avoid using GOFO Express even if delivery will be significantly more expensive. In other words, they simply won't deliver me the package, even though they will take payment for it. And then they will do nothing about it. Oh, Yelp wants me to assess the value of their service. Well given that they took money and I didn't get the product delivered, the value is pretty much exactly zero! read more

While delivering the wrong package, I am directly behind the delivery driver and still he tosses the package over the gate onto the porch. 3. I ran the driver down since he was delivering another package in our community and see him toss another package into someone's garage. They have returned three packages to the seller without attempting to deliver. My address is weird it has a 1/2 in it, first you get an automated call saying that they can't deliver your package due to one of the following reasons: PO Box, Ups site, government building or schools.None of these apply to me. Then they ask for an alternate address which I gave them my neighbors address. They claim they will reschedule delivery, no package arrived.Three phone calls and several emails each claimed that they were going to redeliver and literally less than 24 hours after the last communication I received a notification that they were returning my package to the seller. Now hours more, phone calls and emails to receive my refund which then takes 7 to 10 Business days and I am out of luck for the cost of shipping and I can't reorder from the seller because GOFo Express won't deliver.I am literally only 45 minutes from the warehouse they are delivering from,I gave them step by step directions from said warehouse multiple times, I have lived at this location for TWENTY years and NEVER had a problem receiving packages here. read more

They continue to leave packages during non-operating hours. We have signs posted all over our grounds that this is not permitted. All deliveries are to be inspected by our personnel. My guess is the drivers can't read, or they just do not care. Leaving packaging at our facility is dumping and subject to prosecution. I would not recommend this company at all. read more

I've had a ton of disappointing experiences with GOFO Express. As a property manager of a 28-unit building in North Hollywood, California, this has happened several times. Each time, the delivery personnel were unprofessional, yelling and even trying to break our gate. I've filed multiple complaints, but they keep sending the same unprofessional delivery folks. Wish I can submit a NO STAR review! Shein shipped my packages through this delivery company and The driver fraudulently took pictures of my packages sitting on the Security desk and marked them as delivered. I know the driver STOLE my delivery because our Security doesn't allow you to leave packages with them. After talking to Security I was told the driver did not want to come up to leave them at the apartment door and took them back on the truck with him. This happened to me TWO days in a row for 2 separate deliveries from Shein. I called customer service and they are absolutely NO HELP! All they could do was put in a claim for an investigation which ended up resulting in them telling me I have to contact the seller. I've been waiting 3 weeks for a package from Temu and each time I check it says that they couldn't find the address. I called customer service and regave my address which they confirmed that they have. I also gave them my number so that the courier could call me when in the area and I could just meet them. Never happened. Each time I called they said the package would arrive in 3 days. Never happened. I placed another order in hopes that another delivery service would be used but that was not to be. On Sunday I received notification that my package was out for delivery. When I checked the tracking it said the driver couldn't find the address once again. I had also called to see if I could just go to the warehouse and was told that there was not one that I could go to but when I looked it up there is a warehouse in Adrian Ohio...I'm contemplating going there... read more

Worst company ever. They delivered my package to the wrong house and then wanted me to send pictures of my house so that they can verify it was delivered to the wrong location, I did, and then they end saying the driver delivered to the correct address. So if your address is 123 they can leave it at any location that is 123, take a picture of 123 and it's considered correct because the numbers match. read more

Just plain theives!! I filed a compliant with the Federal Trade Commission tonight. I've been given the run-around and a bunch of just plain LIES for almost a month now. Both the seller in Tibet and I followed up and investigated and complained so many times (For me:15 emails; 10 phone calls) They have no complaint process and even have the nerve to say "seek a refund from the seller" So, GoFo is the thief in the middle, insinuating themselves into the shipping process without my seller even knowing who they were! They are an unaccountable holding tank for all the goods they, the warehouse staff, and their drivers feel like stealing. It doesn't seem fair to leave the seller holding the bag. My wife ordered me a Christmas present from an online vendor. On Dec. 15 she received an email saying that the package had been delivered at "Door/Yard" . We checked our door and the courtyard (we live in a large condo building), but there was no package. When she called the vendor, she was sent a photo of the package lying on top of the USPS mailboxes in the underground garage, which is an insecure location where courier packages are never, and never should be, left. By the time we found out, the package had been stolen. My wife has politely requested a replacement or refund from the vendor several times without success. They keep blaming the courier company, GOFO, which I have now discovered has a 1.3 rating on YELP, with many complaints about damaged, lost, or stolen items resulting from improper deliveries or poor communication. I ordered an electronic device from a company based in the U.S.. Their ad stated that the item would be shipped from either Canada or the U.S.. But this wasn't true. The item came from China and took 13 days to get into the states and through clearance. But, one Gofo got a hold of the package it was at my house within' two days. The package was delivered in good condition and the tracking was accurate. What more could I ask for. Nice job guys! read more
