I feel like I have to defend this company because I see a lot of negative reviews and I have only had a positive experience with them! My packages have always been delivered on the day tracking is marked "out for delivery". I have specific delivery instructions on my mailbox on where to leave my package and they always follow my request. And I usually have the same delivery driver and he is a nice young man. I ordered a Do Not Block Mailbox sign on Amazon in February 2005 from a third-party seller. It was given to Yun Express, who handed it off to GoFo for last mile delivery. Here it is July and the package has still NEVER arrived. The third party seller on Amazon had to refund me. GoFo claims they "never got it" from Yun Express, though Yun Express' site shows they handed it off to GoFo, and things shipped through Yun Express that hand off to other last mile carriers always arrive, so the problem is clearly with GoFo. GoFo needs to be banned from operating in the USA; it seems that over 95% of packages given to them NEVER reach their destination from what I see on many different review sites. That is a level of incompetence that should not be permitted on US soil. I don't know why the US government doesn't shut them down. Now in July another Chinese third party seller picked Yun Express and yep, GoFo is the last mile carrier again. I will write another review when the package comes or the projected delivery date passes, whichever comes first. read more

I had something ordered through tiktok and they must have used this delivery service. I received email confirmation and a strange amount of pictures showing it was delivered. Most delivery services only leave one picture. That to me was suspicious in itself. I get home to find no package in sight. This package could have easily been put in my mailbox as well. I have never had an item stolen off my porch before, but I have also never had anything ordered through this GOFO express either. I work for the Fire Department, an integral industry and have no need to lie about a 30 dollar order not being delivered. I personally feel like someone with the delivery company took the pictures and then took the package with them. I immediately went to the reviews after hanging up with customer service only to find this is a reoccurring issue. I suggest vendors who do not want to have to deal with this complaint go through a more reputable delivery service in the future. read more

GOFO delivery service does not deliver customer packages but steals the customer packages The Tiktok shop seller called Fashion beach outfit uses the GOFO delivery company to delivered packages and when complained is made to the seller about not receiving your package the seller will compensated customer with a $2.00 coupon and will inaddition denied request for customer getting money back stating that your packaged was delivered successfully.. I believe GOFO realize & knows that some of the sellers on titoki do not care about their customer once the purchase is made it is the customer problem to find their order. I own a PO Box due to living in NYC and they refused to deliver my package and said "we don't deliver to PO Boxes" even though the first half of my order was delivered perfectly fine. After fighting with the woman on the phone, she said i needed to put in my own address and i said "so what happens when my package gets stolen" and she didn't believe that was going to happen. GoFo is untrustworthy. The delivery person said they delivered our package to the front door and they didn't. They left it on the curb because they didn't want to climb the steps to drop it off at the door. The picture they took was of the sidewalk and not our front door. When I received an email saying it was delivered I checked the front door and the driveway. It was not there. I immediately contacted customer service and they just kept sending their auto reply emails. I contacted them by phone and they said they show it was delivered. I filed a charge dispute with PayPal with proof of their delivery picture and the picture of our front door. PayPal's response was that it was delivered and there is nothing could do. The manufacturer showed tracking proof it was delivered with a picture of the sidewalk. The manufacturer would not give us our money back when we showed proof of our front door. After months of arguing with manufacturer they said to contact their deliverer GoFo Express. I contacted GoFo Express and the customer service rep forwarded the information I provided to the review team. He said I would hear something within 5 business days. I didn't. I called back and the customer service rep would not let me talk to a supervisor. She said the supervisor would call me back within 24 hours. No call back but I did receive an email with no signature or phone number stating they would not consider my case or reimburse me because of the amount of time since delivery. I thought for a moment, and asked: "but this package is delivered by your service to a chair in an apartment lobby, this is not seller's problem, right?".
