Worst shipping company ever. Email is AI, phone call is AI, and the chat bot is useless. They lost my package and there is no way to get my money back. Even if they eventually send it, the fact that there is no transparency and the only thing you can talk to is an AI bot that crashes when you ask it a question a 3-year-old could answer pisses me off. Never use GOFO. Never even think about using GOFO, and honestly screw you if you do. They claim their office hours go until 6 pm local time. I am writing this at 5 pm local time and they said the office is closed. It is irritating as hell. They are a walking liability and I have no idea how they are still in business. If I had started my LLC before testing GOFO and something like this happened, there would not be a way for me to get food. I would not trust anyone that works for this company to even be near my cup because they would probably roofy it, my body would go missing, then get lost, and then appear in a random person's house. I have called and spoke with their clown show people four different times since they tried to deliver my item to the wrong address, I sent them the correct address with a pic of the location with lat and long GPS location from Google Earth along with my phone number. Upon reviewing video for the delivery, you can clearly see your delivery driver, a female Asian in a white car, throwing my package on the porch, which bounced off the porch bench and down the steps.
