She was knowledgeable, funny, friendly, and efficient! I experienced the "rapid" tan and this gives you an automatic tan. You can shower (rinse with no soap) about 3 hours after. You then shower 12-24 hours later normally, without shaving. I waited for about 24 hours. I love that you can sleep without the tan getting on your sheets, especially considering ours are white. I got this for an event last weekend and am still loving it! I told her exactly what I wanted, although it was difficult as I had not had a spray tan in probably ten years! She somehow knew exactly what to do, and it was beautiful and natural looking. Almost 6 days later, still tan and beautiful. Me being me, I had plenty of questions. They responded quickly with many answers to ensure my tan would not be affected by what I wore, showering, moisturizers, etc. I highly recommend Tansformations. They have five stars for a reason! However, I'm not pleased with my results. Right before she started spraying she told me she was going to give me medium color (even though I'm very fair-s) since the wedding was a few days away. Because this was my first spray tan, I trusted her to make the right call for my skin. Unfortunately, I was left with a a blotchy face, an orange color, and blotchy spots all over my feet. I'm left trying to find ways to fade my tan so I don't look silly wedding pictures. Update: I talked to a woman who worked at a different tanning salon and she said that armpits, inner forearms, and feet should not be sprayed as directly as they were on my body. These areas should be sprayed more lightly (if at all) to give a more natural look. This was not my experience here. Again, I did follow all pre and post tanning instructions on the website. Karen's response to my review makes my experience even worse and makes me question how much they prioritize customer service and satisfaction.

There wasn't a strapless towel top to wear, but I still felt comfortable because I was under the sheet just like a massage. 2. They didn't pull my hair back in a towel or a headband, so I felt like it got in the way a few times. They did recommend products after, and I did buy one facial cleanser which had been nice so far. I always feel awkward at spas when they offer products. I didn't feel anyone was pushy, but I always feel obligated to buy something. I don't regularly treat myself to facials or massages, but next time I do I will visit this location!

However, do note that the 60 minutes actually includes the time spent leading you to the room, talking to you for a few minutes, and letting you undress and dress; it is not a full 60 minutes. The massage therapist was professional and effective, and would ask appropriately for feedback regarding the amount of pressure she was applying. I would come back again, although it is a bit pricey to pay full price. They do have massage packages that they allow you to split with others though, so I might try to do that instead. Also, note that this building is a little difficult to identify because there is no obvious signage. Follow Google Maps, and turn into a small parking lot next to a nondescript building, and that's it. When you walk closer to the entrance, you'll see their sign.
