Firstly they took a consult fee then never applied to my services. Still have not received refund. Secondly , but most importantly the work done I came in and stayed I was not happy with. They wanted to charge me more. I am attaching photos so you can see there's no visible difference with the filler I paid 650 for. I have lip discoloration from lip injection. It looks uneven. My smile lines look pretty much exactly the same. Look at photos and you tell me? For Botox I now have lines on my head when I don't scrunch my forhead that never existed before. In before photo she has me scrunching, but not forhead normally. I have less scrunching now, but not permant lines. Injection for botex was done inproperly I was told from another practice. The look I wanted to achieve was done inproperly. She went right into smile lines instead of cheeks and under nose. I went back explained myself and got nowhere. I also have a lump on my face from filler!! I was told massage it. The nurse is Jess do not go to her. Avoid this office period. Unhappy costumers should be fixed at no charge especially when it's on them!! Photos below so you can see there's no difference with smile lines . It's hard to seen lump but where red mark is . Is where it is. I'm not just going to be burned . An I'm not going to argue . I'll be calling American Express to fight this and posting everywhere possible online. An also for lump I can file a lawsuit as another practice said it can cause serious issues down the line. . They don't want to correct this by even adding more botex which is cheap to fix lines!! I was going to have to pay , obviously I'm going elsewhere if I have to pay for error you made. Check photos below for amazing results that cost 900. 25 units of Botox , an one filler. I'm not 60 I shouldn't need 3 fillers for my face. It was done improperly for results not to happen. Going into directly smile lines is not affective for look I wanted to achieve as below you can see no change for your own eyes.

I had also consulted with my aesthetician in Charleston. The fee in Charleston was also $2500. I received my cost estimate to have it done closer to home and it was over $6,000.00. The bulk of the cost was for unnecessary anesthesia. The cost for renting the equipment as well as a renting a surgical suite since he didnot have one. They left everything up to me to decide on what they would look at regarding concerns and since I am body shy they allowed me to stay fully dressed and just moved my clothing aside just enough to expose the skin tag /growth concerns .
