Thank you to the sweet lady that made me laugh during check in, to Alaina who was a student there and made me smile SO much, and to Dr. Carol and Dr. Ryan who could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. In one of the most stressful times in my life, they were all able to calm my nerves and crack jokes to get me to smile and I appreciate that more than they will ever know. You all are in the right field because I can tell you firsthand your kindness and understanding is so needed!!

Numbed it and I didn't feel a thing. He didn't rush me like so many other Drs do. Answering all my questions and concerns. During the exam he also found a small growth on or close to my thyroid. Now mind you I had just had my yearly physical with my primary Dr. and he didn't notice it. Sent me right away for a cat scan and will keep an eye on it and recheck in 6 months.I was very satisfied with him and my visit.

It was still very swoklen, but i replied "it was better". I called a week later to say there was a hole in my skin with white stuff. The nurse insisted she knew it was a stitch. I called again there were 2 holes. I had to fight to get an appointment 2 weeks later, they would fit me in. Nurse told me to take the bandaid off my nose. I told her there was no bandaid. Thats my nose! Doctor assured me it was "tissue". He kept saying "I fixed the bones." I went to charleston. They operated on the bridge of my nose and found bone fragments and a staph infection. Sutton is a terrible doctor and his nurse thinks she's an expert on everything. I could have died from a staph infection so close to my brain. Terrible customer service too.

When I finally arrived to the back. He rushed me through and told me it was TMJ. I was crying in pain, had obvious swelling from where the infection was spreading. My 15 year old son could see the abscess. He prescribed me some ear drops, gave me a steroid shot, told me to buy a mouth guard and continue an antibiotic (for ear infection). I was billed for 2 injections but only received 1. I will be disputing the claims and please whatever you guys do, GO TO ANOTHER COUNTY TO SEE AN ENT! The abscess started draining the next day while at work. PICTURES DO NOT LIE!!!! TRY LISTENING TO YOUR PATIENTS!!!!!

I have had tubes placed in my ears multiple times because they kept falling out. Eventually the ear doctor I was going to at the time said he would just take them out. Then about a year ago I found out I needed ear surgery (or else i could lose my hearing) by Dr. Brinson and last May I had my ear surgery and it went really well and so for that I give them a 5 star review. Now I find out if I need surgery on my other ear tomorrow( January 10, 2019) hopefully I don't

The Dr was unable to interpret my results and left the room puzzled several times before returning, and telling me I had Otosclerosis. Dr said only one Dr on staff can treat patients with this and referred me to them for followup. On my way out the receptionist asked when I was expecting. I was not pregnant, already had children. 5 years later I have never pursued followup care for my permanent, degenerative hearing loss and autoimmune disease diagnosis they gave due to trauma from this experience.
