THEN- I had return after getting half way up Blewett Pass because the folks I had faxed needed a copy of my drivers license faxed. So I drove back. The gal at Das Copy Shop, again, was super nice. She made a color copy of my license and faxed it. The she wouldn't take any money for it. Her comment, "You've already spent enough." This is the small town kind of stuff I love about Leavenworth.

After I mentioned she was being overly aggressive, she insisted she was not while still behaving insanely rude. The poor staff member she had was unable to handle the tasks herself and was improperly trained so made mistakes although she was trying her best to be kind through the entire interaction. I am appalled at the customer service and even the attire of someone whom claims to be the CEO. This place is an absolute joke; unprofessional and disgusting customer service with zero etiquette. My mother has frequented this place and I have advised her on many occasions to handle her copy, print and mailing needs here. However, after the way we were treated today, we will never return and make sure we alert the community of the behavior and unprofessionalism. TIP: FEDEX, UPS and USPS will be WAY cheaper and friendlier. Mailing costs alone will be at least 33% less and you will just need to print out at staples or actual UPS store (wish I had known this sooner).

Between the Roslyn, Issaquah, North Bend, Stanwood and multiple San Diego post offices, I would say that the Roslyn post office is the most friendly and customer-oriented. Perhaps because of the closeness of the town (900 people in Roslyn), but the office workers either know you or your family; double edged sword about being in a small town. My only complaint comes from sending packages overseas... They are inconsistent in the process of taking the customs forms and they have either given me a very short debit card receipt or the actual customs receipt. This makes it a pain if you want to track your packages. ***TIP: They are open on Saturdays between 9 am to 11 am.***
