So I would say bad ambiance and didn't try the snow cones (food) so can't tell you if they taste well or not but probably with staff who don't care about customers then they probably may not make them well but who knows

The staff has been friendly and really attentive as they make the sno balls whenever I have come here. Sno balls are definitely superior to a regular snow cone and they do not melt as quickly! The true only downfall is that Big Easy is not open year round, but that also makes complete sense of course. Definitely worth a visit!
