We've been numerous times over the past year where it smells bad, the decor is lackluster, the staff is apathetic, slow moving or understaffed, the wait times for the product are insanely long and there's nothing redeeming about coming here vs one of the new corporate spots. They have a wide assortment of flavors and combinations to choose from. I have personally ordered the Pink Lady and Blue Bubblegum, which are on the "Taste of New Orleans" section of their menu. The staff has been friendly and really attentive as they make the sno balls whenever I have come here. Sno balls are definitely superior to a regular snow cone and they do not melt as quickly! The true only downfall is that Big Easy is not open year round, but that also makes complete sense of course. Definitely worth a visit!
