I got them bask this afternoon via fed-ex delivery. Hats off and Cheers for Atlanta's Enterprise Car Rental operations! I knew why Enterprise was my go-to for car rental and this is further evidence to support my regard for Enterprise above all the rest. PS - give Enterprise a lot of slack at the Atlanta airport. That airport is an abject failure in every regard and should be bulldozed and quietly returned to nature. Also, don't fly Delta until they understand what a failure they are for operating their hub out of that disaster of an airport for so very long. They are rather slow there at Delta Airlines - literally.

In the planning process, we decided we needed a pick up truck and chose to lease one from enterprise.. This was approximately three weeks prior to our departure. We received continuous updates and notifications about our reservation and we're looking forward to the trip. The day before our departure, we get a phone call from the branch telling us that our reservation was canceled. They could not provide the pick up truck for us. This was less than 24 hours from our departure. Too late to make another reservation, find a pick up truck for the trip, etc.. When asked about how Something like this can happen. The response was possibly recalls or sometimes it just happens. I don't understand how a company like Enterprise can hold a reservation only to wait till the last minute to discover they can't fulfill that reservation This has delayed our departure, changed our plans completely I will never use Enterprise again. Even after calling the customer helpline the Same day I was told they would work something out and give me a call back. I still haven't received a call back. Worst customer service experience in my life.

We were given a small cabin at the top of the hill unattached from the rest of the hotel. We unpacked everything and began to look around and notice cobwebs lining the ceiling in the bedroom on the left and the kitchen. The entire place was crooked and uneven. There is no heating, just two space heaters. There were holes in the walls and doors. We were hungry after a 10 hour drive so we wanted to get cleaned up and go out to eat. I washed my face and reached over for a towel and the towel was already wet and smelled terrible. The toilet paper on the holder was almost completely gone so I looked around for more and found nothing but a filthy sponge under the sink. We got back from dinner and flipped on the lights and found cockroaches everywhere. Dead ones, live ones, old ones that were obviously there for quite some time. We weren't interested in taking home any new pets so we cancelled the week and left to a different hotel in another town. The woman at the desk was very helpful but the guy seemed to think this was some sort of a joke. I told him we wouldn't write a review because they seemed embarrassed and he told me he would LOVE for me to write one. He just loves reviews!

Even…read morethough WNC Shuttle has an 8 hour advance notice requirement, we needed transport home to Maggie Valley badly, so we booked them for the earliest time possible and expected a long wait at the airport. Instead, WNC contacted us and told us they'd monitor the flight and pick him up as soon as he landed. They did so, and they got him home in record time. He's fine now, but we owe this company. They went above & beyond.

Justin is easily one of the most gracious, respectful, communicative, responsive, and professional people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. We were planning a wedding in WNC from afar as we don't live fulltime in the area, and Justin made our lives infinitely easier throughout the planning process as we arranged to/from transportation for all of our guests who joined us for our wedding and reception. In addition to immaculate transportation service, every single guest who rode with Justin raved about his service and all the little things he did (remembering people's names before even meeting them in person; politely helping people in/out vans, etc). We were surprised that Justin did a 'dry run' in advance of the wedding and in doing so, discovered optimal paths that saved our guests time in getting to the wedding safely and expeditiously. And as my wife and I reveled in the reception celebration, Justin enabled us to enjoy without having to feel like we were clock-watching. Lastly, it had snowed overnight before our wedding; I'm sure our guests were relatively nervous about a winter wedding with below freezing temperatures, but Justin was expert in safely navigating up and down the mountain. Update on a previous post: I first challenged the charge on a credit card. They contested it so…read moreit was not reversed. I then filed a small claims action. They claimed that it was the wrong address, (It was the address on their website, as well as on YELP). So the service was returned. Following is the explanation I previously posted: I first booked them for several trips in December of 2021. I called them from my house in Center Valley. They were one of the first shuttles I ever used, so when they said they required payment up front with a credit card, and assured me that I would be able to use any money from a cancelled shuttle in the future, I stupidly booked an entire week of shuttles, $385. Before the last shuttle they informed me that where I was going to park might be locked for the season when I got there, so I canceled the last shuttle and said I would return next year. I was again assured that the $80 credit would be available. No mention was made of any restrictions. I called to book a shuttle for July 2022. They said they were on vacation. I said, OK, just transfer the amount to one of the shuttlers that you work with (I had been told that they worked with other shuttles, and indeed on one shuttle, they did send someone else to take care of me.) They said no. They said that the guarantee does not extend to when they are on vacation...first time I have heard that!!!! They said I could come in August. I said I couldn't. I have since found NO other shuttle demands payment up front (though a few told me they would for a very long shuttle). I posted on a Facebook page dedicated to the Appalachian Trail. Without exception, everyone, hikers and shuttlers, expressed shock that such a large deposit would be required. The Further Shuttle promised me a service, refused to provide it when I requested it, and refused to do the right thing. David W. Quatrone
