We were in luck! I did find two rings I really liked but we wanted a few tweaks. They took out info, wrote down what we wanted and said it would be about two weeks and we'd get a mock up to see if it's what we liked. We never got that mock up. He went back to the end of April or early May to purchase me a necklace and asked about it. They apologized and gave an excuse and said they would have it ready in a week. Here we are now at the end of May and again nothing. Thankfully I have pictures of the ring and am going elsewhere to have it made. Everyone in the store was helpful, kind, and professional so this was a surprise and extremely disappointing.

I felt like my first wedding set was well cared for when ever I brought it in for an annual cleaning and inspection. Well I got a new wedding set. I brought the solitaire to them to be sized down 1/2 a size. 3 weeks later I got a ring back that looked horrible on the palm side of the band. You could clearly see where they cut it and made no effort to blend it back together. Also the ring was not polished and clean, as I was used to. I brought both things to their attention and the jeweler came out and said it was no big deal and I would have to live with it. I was not happy, but at the same time, I had always had great experiences before. Well today I called to ask about have the solitaire soldered to the 2 bands that go with it. They were very short and said it would be a 15 to 16 WEEK wait. I repeated "week?" in shock. The woman said "well what do you expect with over 800 repairs ahead of you?* Now hold on... so if I take my wedding rings in to Arney yearly, I would not have them for 1/3 of every year? Not acceptable, especially after my last experience. So today, I made a few phone calls. I got Lorraine Denise, Brillante Jeweler's voicemail and went on to the next highly rated jeweler. I wasn't comfortable with any that I talked to and was torn. Then Lorraine called me back. Wow! I can say with zero hesitation that I was 100% wrong about her. She was so kind and caring on the phone and eager to help. I rushed over after work. Low and behold, her master jeweler was there and guess what? He WAS Annie's excellent jeweler and left Arnie. Not only am I excited to work with Lorraine, as she seems like a very knowledgeable woman who takes pride in her work, but she is also someone that would be fun to have coffee with and talk. I'm also excited that I know I can trust the people she works with to do an excellent job. If you don't come here, you are making a mistake. I will be a life long customer. Thank you Lorraine. I wanted to build a relationship with a local dealer for watch brands and jewelry that I plan on buying. I primarily worked with Luis Rodriguez at Fink's Jewelers in Chattanooga Tennessee. Luis spent an extremely generous amount of time guiding me through the process of selecting my first watch that will become part of a collection of luxury watches. While there I also saw a piece of jewelry that caught my eye which is rare. I have very specific taste in jewelry and it's very hard for me to find anything I like for myself or as gift for someone else. I stopped in 3 times before actually getting my watch back, with a crown that was not the same as the original damaged one. No one told me this was happening until I showed up one last time looking for it. The part could not be matched apparently, which is something I would have liked to know before it was installed. For the pleasure of being watchless, ill advised and informed, I was charged $80. Which the indifferent lady pointed out to me was a deal that didn't include labor. Terrible service, do not go here for anything! I've heard the Georgia store is much better, but this place is worthless.

We…read morewere trying to sell some 90% silver coins (which they had bought some about a month before), we asked perfectly normal questions about silver prices and such, even just asked if she could weigh them and everything out of her mouth was in the rudest, arrogant, superior tone for absolutely no reason. She said no one would buy them right now, but gave us the names of two other shops. Empire and Vault. They were so much kinder, and we drove straight to Empire 12 minutes away who bought them immediately and treated us with kindness and respect, and had a much nicer and much more professional looking store with many more kind employees. So it's clear who we recommend and will be returning to. This woman has no business being in a customer-facing role if this is how she treats everyone.
