We ordered the following: The Junkin: a traditional Debris slow cooked roast. 3.5 4 stars The PoBoy had the usual condiments of lettuce, tomato and pickles w a light spread of mayo. The buttered bread was light and outside layered were crunchy. Just as it should be. The rendered pot roasted was flavorful and slightly juicy. I prefer my Debris to be more wet. 2. Large Cup of Red Beans and Rice - 3.5 Stars The beans were tendered but prefer to have the beans whole I stead of purée. The sausage and beef were good and the seasoning was good. Prefer it to be a bit more spicer. We recommend the place if you need a quick meal in Natchez near the waterfront.
