First time to Natchez and this did not disappoint. We made reservations for 4 at 8pm on Friday…read morenight. We all ordered the 8 oz filet and they were cooked to perfection. It was a slow and enjoyable meal with good company and a great wine selection! The trees were magical at night - lit up well. We watched a patron become agitated and hostile at a table near us. He was upset that he had waited 27 minutes to get this main course. He was borderline belligerent. We felt sorry for their wait person, but she handled it well considering the circumstances. The manager interacted with him, and the more she apologized to him, the louder he got. We thought we were going to have to get up and intervene. She handled it beautifully. All of the wait staff were working hard and provided us with good service. The manager even offered to take our group photo outside as we were the last to leave. We will definitely return!

Food was pretty good. Old fashioned was the best I've ever had. However, our waitress...older white…read morefemale. Could not smile, not the friendliest, appeared annoyed to be at work, forgot a soup and our bread (never came). She hardly appeared and when she would walk by and see our glasses empty, she would leave for another 15 minutes until we requested something. Ended up asking another employee to help us pay our tab because she kept disappearing. Very poor service.

It's small inside, probably only about 10 tables or so. It's kinda like a pizza joint, but very clean and comfortable. There are brightly painted walls and it smells amazing! Service: You order at the counter, pay, get a number, and seat yourself. You get your own drinks and they bring the food out to you when it's ready. The wait for our food was maybe 10 minutes at the most? The girl who took our order and brought our food was very pleasant and made good suggestions when we were trying to figure out what to get. Food: I ended up getting the Big John's Cheeseburger (basically a classic cheeseburger) with curly fries. Yum, yum, yum. This burger tasted so homemade, like off the grill in the summer. It was juicy but not overly greasy. Personally, I would've liked a little less mayo and mustard but that is more just a preference. Oh my stars the fries! So good and FUN! It had been forever since I had curly fries. These do not disappoint. My fiance got the Jacked Up Burger (lettuce, tomato, mayo, pepper jack cheese, jalapeno peppers, bacon) and said kinda the same thing - super fresh and just yummy. The jalapeno peppers, pepper jack cheese, and bacon made it different then a regular burger and worked really well together. They have other specialty burgers, sandwiches, po'boys, BBQ plates, and salads. There is also a kid menu. Cost: Super inexpensive! Our burgers were only $10! They don't cheat you on portions either. The burgers were at least 8oz and you got a mound of curly fries. Free refills on fountain soda. It's probably a good thing I don't live around this place or I'd be eating burgers and fries wayyyy too often. If you are in Natchez Moo's is a must!

Ribs were not seasoned. BBQ sauce not house made. BBQ beans tasted like straight out of the can…read morewith a slight hint of bbq sauce/ vinegar? The sweet potato casserole is identical to one a local food distributor sells. (The highlight of the meal). Fried pepperjack cheese stick was disgusting! It basically was a tasteless cheese stick encrusted in a thick bread like coating. (Like a corn dog). $30 down the toilet..... Obviously the locals like it, because they were fairly busy. The back court yard could be fixed up/cleaned up for a nice outdoor dining spot. It was not clean as well
