It breaks my heart that there are so many people that can't even look you in the eye and say hello or even smile. They had groups of people that were not customers standing around talking to each other, but would not engage with the customers. Outside, there are little booths with products. I walked out there after I filled my cart up and paid and not one of them said hello to me. They were all too busy talking amongst themselves. What happened to being people friendly. I did not grab any of their free products. Today the store was cleaner than I've ever seen it. It disheartens me and people don't have the heart to even just say hello or smile. It's like a bunch of robots. All these people that are there for the grand reopening will eventually go back to wherever they work. There are people out there who need someone just say hello.
