I was in town for a visit when I found an introductory offer to Gold Coast Chiropractic. It has been a while since my last adjustment so I decided to make an appointment. The front desk person was sweet and efficient. Dr. Anna performed my evaluation and took X-rays and Dr. Jacob performed my adjustment. The office is different from other chiropractic offices I have been to. They have pre-adjustment exercise stations that loosen the neck and back prior to adjustment to ensure you get the best adjustment possible. The actual adjustment was great and I felt an immediate relief. I would definitely recommend this office if you are looking for chiropractic care! The office is conveniently located and parking was easy. It's located on the first floor so you don't need your take any stairs. I've started my chiropractic wellness with Dr. Lorainne in February of this year (2020), i can only tell you my life in my body has never felt better. Like many professions, my work for the last 25+ years has been seated in my chair as an IT professional. The experts tell us that sitting is the new smoking, and i am a walking billboard. I have a a bulging disc and sciatica as a result. My neck started protruding forward from all the computer work and my posture was feeling the wear and tear. The X-rays showed these imbalances and we started a plan immediately. After 2 weeks of my critical care, I had to fly to my office in NJ.
