Typical sleezy used car dealer in the parking lot of a strip mall. Went to look at a car there and trade my 2021 fully loaded 80th Wrangler but they are rude and lie. They told me they could buy my Jeep new for $41k so that's what they could offer - I showed them KBB of $43750, vrooms offer of $43k and another dealers offer of $43750. When I said I'd take their offer of $41k if they could show me where they can buy it but of course they couldn't show me. Then the guy asked me if I'd just sell to vroom then come back and buy their car?? Should have just drove past when I say it was a strip mall dealer that shared a lot with a quick lube. read more

If I could give them less than one star, I would in a heartbeat. I purchased a 2014 Lexus IS350 F Sport back in 2016. When I purchased the car, it looked like it was in perfect shape, no scrapes, dings, scratches, etc. I brought it home and rinsed it off and suddenly all the scratches and scrapes appeared after the shiny coat rinsed off. They denied any wrongdoing and blamed my garden hose. After a week of having the car, the front tires looked a little off. Brought it to the Lexus dealer and was told my tires were so worn they were about ready to burst. Went back to GCM for another heated argument, they replaced my tires with tires that had about 5% life. I had the car for less than a year and it probably spent more time at the Lexus dealer than it did in my garage. The straw that broke the camel's back that made me trade it in was related to the rims. When I brought the car to GCM to have the tires changed, the car was also making an ugly noise when going to brake or slow down. The salesman denied hearing anything despite my girlfriend and I being in the car with him and we both heard the sound. I brought the car back to Lexus and was told that all 4 of my rims had been bent and that "someone attempted to cover it up" by doing some botch job. When I traded the vehicle in at the Lexus dealer, I had to pay them $7k to take the car because that is what it required in repairs to even be sold as a used vehicle, not even certified pre-owned. Avoid this dealership at all costs. They're all warm and helpful until you by the car and once you're out the door, you're on you're own and screwed. read more

WOW horrible customer service. Make sure when you plan to visit this dealership you make an appointment ahead of time if you want to test drive a car! And if you want to test Drive it make sure you show them your bank account for God's sake because they need you to commit to buying it!! WTF!!! Are they joking??!!!! First off let me say I wish I would've read the other review from four months ago because I have experience the same thing. I'm station in Hawaii looking for a G Wagon this particular one caught my husband and I attention everything seem good nice pictures they claim all services were preform the car was flawless. So I'm trusting what they are saying because who would think they would lie about a 89k vehicle. Sent them the check I paid for the shipping of the vehicle mind you I also have a SL 550 and was shipped opened carriage to the port in Long Beach CA without no issues. So I did the same for this vehicle I got the vehicle Monday (6 Aug 18) from the port the tail light was hanging, the back up light screws hanging the light doesn't work, the service was 88 days past due the inside they tried to detail but it wasn't done very well food in between the seats something was spilled in the front. My husband wash the vehicle and low and behold just like the other reviewer said ALL the imperfections appeared there was some discoloration on the left bumper(see pics) we call Azeem he basically blamed the the transporters for everything. He claims the service has been complete went to the Mercedes dealer there was a list of things that was suppose to be completed but the work was NEVER performed. I emailed him asking for the services he stated everything was sent the only thing we received in the glove box was a service conduct on May 2017 and a receipt from Mercedes of brake calipers being brought and the receipt that the brakes was done in 2016. Fast forward to 10 August 18 called to speak to the manager Mohammed he basically stated what we are telling him about the vehicle is a lie and had the nerve to hang up on me. I guess they warm you up until they get your money and once the check clears and you have reservations on the purchase they want NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU!! I totally understand normal wear and tear but they LIED about everything. The even took down the listing off their website once I started calling and complaining about the vehicle. PLEASE IF ANYONE DECIDES TO PURCHASE FROM THEM PLEASE HAVE THEM WASH THE VEHICLE OFF FIRST TO MAKE SURE THEY ARENT HIDING ANYTHING!!! read more

If I could give a zero, I would. This dealer bought a car for $75K from another dealer then relisted it for sale for over $100K. I made a reasonable offer but was ignored. I followed up and was ignored again. Multiple e-mails and no answer. In hind-sight, I'm glad they didn't respond because it just goes to show how unprofessional they are, and I'm glad we never made a deal. We recently purchased a late model Toyota Sienna from this place and their customer service was excellent! We were driving in from out of state and our sales rep, Mohammed, was very accommodating in scheduling an after hours appointment We spent a lot of time looking at the car, asking questions, and test driving the vehicle. My husband is very type A and has borderline OCD so he inspected every nook and cranny of that car. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured to make the purchase. We had wanted to purchase new, but after seeing the benefits of purchasing a used car we decided to look at this option. Since purchasing we have had no major issues with the car. We did call shortly after purchase when the tire light came on, our call was attended to promptly and Mohammed assured us it's probably a tire pressure issue as outside temps had drastically dropped recently. He even recommended a reliable body shop close to our home to have it checked out and gave us a follow up call a week later to ensure the issue was resolved. I've always had reservations about used cars- I've always regarded it as 'purchasing someone's discarded problems'. But when we found a reliable dealership willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were happy with our purchase, it definitely made it a worthwhile risk!
