    2023 Ford Bronco

Ramsey my salesman was great and very knowledgeable about the Ford vehicle's. Settled on a used 2023 Ford Bronco Thank You Ramsey and the Team at Fair Oaks Ford! Highly Recommend!

I need to preface this review. I leased a vehicle from here. This review is not about the leasing process or the reliability of the vehicle (dealership cannot control this). This is about the service appointment. I booked my appointment through the Ford app (piece of cake). Arrived 10 minutes early (piece of cake). The lady in the service garage was super friendly. This may be a deal breaker for some, but there is limited seating in the service area. Quite a few people were standing. I feel they could get more tables in since it's very spread out. It could use some TLC. I was not hounded by salespeople and freely wondered around looking at the vehicles for sale. I scheduled an oil change and a tire rotation. I've had plenty of those services done at various other dealerships on various other cars. I expected 1-1.5 hours. It ended up being what I expected and was in and out. Quick update: $156 for an oil change and tire rotation? Talk about milking the market.

Reasons why NOT to buy a Lincoln Navigator, and from Fair Oaks Lincoln, Naperville, IL. Bought a used 2023 Lincoln Navigator with 6,000 miles out the door $92,000 from Fair Oaks Lincoln, Naperville on 3-1-25. Since the purchase, every week, there will be insane amount of dust (see pictures of 1 week pile up on the dash board). I've gone in 3 times (almost every week, except 2 weekends of spring break). The dealer would clean and cannot find the root cause. Took pulling teeth for them to get me a loaner. I traded in my old Navigator. No issues what so ever. Last weekend 4/18/25, went in and they took a hands off approach and gave me a phone # to call Lincoln for a "Buy Back". I told both Lincoln and the dealership that it is a safety issue driving and big chunks of white specs blowing in my eyes and I almost had 2 near miss accidents. Asked me to come again for the 4th time next week (very repeatable issue, every week, same amount of dust) to qualify for the buy back. 1. Very dissappointed with the dealership's hands off approach in resolving the issue or assisting after a $92,000 out the door purchase, and 2. Even though was a big fan of Lincoln Navigator (hence my 2nd car), I think I will stick with Lexus or Acura (my other cars), if this issue is not resolved. Personally, I think Lincoln and the dealership is handling it in a very dissappointed way or service for their brand name or the dealership. Pictures speaks for themselves. I have hundreds with mileage stamp that I plan to create a time lag video and post. Beware buying a Lincoln with this crazy of dust issues blowing inside the cabin. Again, very repeatable, and I've had the SUV for only 6 weeks since the odometer reading of 6,000 miles. Very Dissappointed!.

I want to express my thanks to Fair Oaks Ford and my salesman, Alex Derrick. I was looking for a specific vehicle and their inventory was large enough to provide options for me. Alex was honest and genuine. When I asked how the locking hubs worked, Alex's reply was "I'm not sure. I guess we're going to learn together." Alex's honesty about what he didn't know made me trust him. I also want to say I appreciate the other people at Fair Oaks. Several staff members welcomed me, checked in with me, and offered beverages. The manager, Moe, completed my purchase. He explained details and was very easy to talk too. The detailers did a fantastic job making my truck showroom/delivery ready. It's beautiful. Thank you Alex, Moe, and all the others at Fair Oaks for making my purchase special.

Friday the price was $13595 on their website, next day price was $15883 when I got there.

I may change to great, but, will have to see how the service turns out!!!…read more Most of us hate buying a new car, because of the cares sales people BS. After doing my research on prices, I had a good experience with (Dan Wolf) Naperville Toyota. I also love the proactive approach to their service team. I'm having to me customizations done to my new Tacoma and they have been amazing in their responsiveness. Great job team!!!

To begin, I bought this car brand new at Toyota of Elgin, but every time I go in for a simple…read moreservice, they give me a dozen things it does not need and make it imperative that I have them done asap plus do not check for what I want done. And, the service check takes forever (think 2 hours on a Saturday): 1. New tires (I went elsewhere for half the price, but that place told me i had at least another year on the old ones, so I was switching them out early) $2500 at Toyota ($1130 for four locally, better brand, original equipment). 2. Brakes: they did not check them even though they said they would. Instead tried to sell me a front caliper cleaning $117, rear caliper $117 nope. What I did need was the supposedly free brake check that they "forgot" to do. At local shop, told I have 80% wear left. Free check. 3. Rodent Deterrent -$303 nope don't need that. I use bait boxes in garage. 4. A/C Heater Cleaning $205 nope, don't need that 5. Fuel Induction Clean $299 nope, don't need that 6. Wheel Alignment $159 nope, don't need that 7. PCV Valve Replacement $142 huh? 8. Brake Fluid Exchange $267 yes, local shop said I could use that but they charge $140 9. New rim (it's a large scratch, who cares) $994 So, I came in for a brake check that they forgot to do, windshield wipers, and a tire check, and they wanted to charge me $4143, but I got out for $77 for the wipers and what they termed a "basic car check" that does not include checking brake pads. Who can afford this larceny? And, how can a "basic car check" not include the size of the brake pad remaining? My car has 35K miles on it now (it had 33467 at the time of the Toyota basic car heck). Guess where I'm not going back to today, now that my car keeps saying I need the oil changed? And, how do I need the oil changed when it's only been 2000 miles. I'm guessing that's because it's been 6 months. So okay, that's fine, I had it done locally for $95.00 and $38 to rotate my almost brand new tires. At least Pinnacle will do the brake check for FREE. Note that terribly damaged (not) rim in the photo on back tire. If you buy a Toyota, do not have it serviced at Toyota of Naperville, unless you like throwing cash out the window.

I worked with Preston, along with sales managers Shaun and Gigi, and the entire team truly went above and beyond my expectations. What stood out: Professionalism & Care: From the first negotiation to the final signature, I felt like a priority--not just another transaction. Patience: They took the time to walk through every detail of my deal without the typical high-pressure tactics. Seamless Process: The transition from negotiation to financing to vehicle setup was smooth and handled with impressive precision. Buying a car can be an exhausting process, but this team genuinely restored my faith in the experience. If you're tired of the runaround at other dealerships, save yourself the headache and ask for Preston and the management team here. They are true professionals who actually care about their clients.
