I have never injured anything, so I was obviously very scared. Dr. Toole took his time and carefully examined my knee and told me that I needed an MRI. He was concerned that I had unfortunately torn my ACL. I was devastated, but Dr. Toole spent a lot of time explaining everything to me which comforted me. I got an MRI, and my ACL was indeed torn. Dr. Toole recommended surgery, and carefully went over all steps of the procedure as well as the rehab after the surgery. My surgery went great, and I am now 9 months out from my surgery and feel great. My knee is more stable than ever! After looking at the X-ray he said it was nothing. Told me to come back after one week I came back and the swelling was just as bad and painful. He said it would be OK in another two weeks and not to worry about it, and sent me home saying it was nothing. After another week and a half it was still as painful and swollen. They have an elevator so its not so bad. One thing I would love to point out to management. One day I got their early for my 8am appt. and I noticed staff parking as close to the building as they can. I would love to recommend to any higher ups that the patients coming here are coming here because they are in pain. I would recommend the staff park in the back of the parking lot and save the front spots for patients. My first visit was with a really nice guy (I forgot his name) but he seemed to do the evaluation and decide what you needed, he gave me a few stretches to do at home and I made an appt for the following week. My next 2 visits were with Jenn. She is Ahh-mazing. Another one of her patients referred to her as a Cactus that has a beautiful flower, but will hurt you- or something similar but its perfect for her lol When she is working on you it can hurt, but when she is done you really feel so much better. She is friendly, listens to your concerns and a really great multi tasker. I do hope she gets a break as she is always very busy when I go in. But when she is working with you, she gives you her full attention. She is surely an asset to Fyzical Therapy and the only person I will see from now on. The only issue I have with here is the staff parking up front. But the service is 5 stars so the review will be 5 stars.

A professional physical therapist is required to oversee the protocol and deliver the required therapies. For this I turned to Dr. Spencer Shore at USA Sports Medicine. The overall experience has been exceptional. The approach was deliberate and disciplined. The results are solid, sustainable and better than I thought possible. Dr. Shore was both a cheerleader and coach through the process. It is easy to become discouraged during an extensive therapy engagement. He knew exactly when to reward and when to challenge. Dr Shore was careful to explain the journey. There were no surprises and no questions left unanswered. The therapy was delivered in a clean and orderly environment and the receptionists were always cheerful and did their best at accommodating last minute scheduling needs. He definitely gave me a better regime than I was given last summer. He understood where the greatest weakness is. Did a thorough assessment so we can track my progress with ensculpt Neo. Bijan truly understood where my weakness is... gave me a great hip exercise. Tie a resistance band to make a circle. Then ... standing by something I can hold onto... a counter or piece of furniture. Then walk sideways stretching the band as far as I can. Release but keep it tight so it doesn't fall down and do that for however long. So easy! And genius. $65/visit (with insurance). Worth it to keep living my best life! Just have to set up a payment plan. Go several weeks and then pay it off for several months
