Power Washing and Gutter Replacement…read more We are very happy to write this recommendation for Middlesex Gutter Supply Company. Mr. Emilio Rojas, owner of the company, gave a very reasonable price for power washing of our entire house and deck as well as replacing a section of our gutter that was in bad shape. He was very responsive to our phone calls and texts. He and his crew (Heriberto & Estevan) did an excellent job in a timely fashion. Also, they were considerate, dependable, and friendly. Additionally, Mr. Rojas guaranteed that he stands behind his work. He goes the extra mile to satisfy his customers. We greatly recommend Mr. Rojas and his Middlesex Gutter Supply Company.

They wouldn't return my calls and the owner kept saying he would call me back and I had to keep calling and left messages. He texted me and said he hadn't forgotten about me and would call me back first thing in morning but never did. :( I figured they are busy but it would nice to be professional to keep to their word to call me back and let me know. Disappointing since they were great on the first project. I guess it's hard to find good reliable help these days. Time to keep on looking for a gutter repair and gutter maintenance person who are reliable.

They were not the lowest bid but they were very competitive and make a small price adjustment as we firmed up the contract. Two weeks later they showed up and in two days they had replaced all the rakes with Azek and capped all the other exposed wood trim in aluminum. Additionally, they replaced all skylights and made repairs to chimney. Installed ridge vents and installed 30 year GAF roof. Workmanship was outstanding. The roofers worked diligently in the heat and cleaned up the yard nicely. Sales guy and owner were responsive to all my concerns. I would definitely use them again.

If I could I would give this establishment minus 5 stars. I should have researched a bit more…read morebefore asking them to come out ($125) to check on my gas fireplace. The issue at hand is that the pilot light is starting, but turns off when you release the pilot button. A young gentleman came out, tried to start the fireplace, nothing happened as expected. I told him, I assume it is the thermocouple. He said he needed to talk to his boss. He calls him (mind you no photos or anything at this point) and tells him: pilot light on, all looks in working order, only light turns off when button is released. Boss says: thats $ 2,500.00 !!! For the replacement of valve and thermocouple. I said no way. Young man makes pictures of the fireplace and asks me: what do you want to pay. I say excuse me?? He says, well I can try to show pictures to boss and maybe he can give a better price. Boss comes back and says: ok we can do it for $ 1.800 !! Needless to say, I declined (but still had to pay the 125) . This was the most unpleasant, unprofessional experience in my life. Stay away from this company.

Time for a new roof. We got recommendations for two companies from friends and also found that the…read morecompany that did a roof on our previous house 25 years ago was still around. Contacted all three (e-mail and phone) last Thursday. The contractor that did our previous roof - A Damiano & Sons - called back immediately and arranged to come out the next day and give us an estimate. Still waiting to hear from the other two companies. Anthony Damiano came out when he said he would and walked the roof and the property and gave us a more than fair estimate. My inclination was to give them the job at that point, but, to be fair, I wanted to give the others a chance to respond. By the following Tuesday I still had heard nothing from either of them. Signed Damiano's proposal and e-mailed it back to him. He promptly called back and asked if Thursday (two days hence) would be OK. I said yes and he said they'd be there between 7 and 7:30 AM. Promptly at 7 AM two crews showed up and started tearing off the old roof. All done and cleaned up by 4:30 that afternoon - this was a 30 square roof (3000 sq ft), so not a small job. Eight days from solicitation to completion and the roof looks terrific. Hard enough to find a contractor that will even call you back, let alone one that lives up to the letter of their word. If you need a roof, I highly recommend Damiano's.

Fortunately it was his experience that steered us to a unit that was likely in stock and would prevent an extended back-order waiting period. Once the unit arrived, his team was immediately dispatched in full protective gear for the install. However, it was once the install was completed we realized we chose the right contractor. A small install hiccup brought Mike himself to our home at 8:00 at night to correct. THAT'S what you expect from a top caliber company. Something you really don't see in contractors these days. You won't go wrong with this crew!

Sorry for the late post. This work was done in 2024…read more Had a leak coming into the basement around the chimney area. Called Reese & Sons because of their high rating and positive reviews. Lucas answered while on an existing job. He was very honest saying he can't drop by to make an assessment. Knowing the importance of the situation, he said he'll have his father drop by to take a look. The father (was it Joe?) came by as promised and saw that the previous roofer didn't put flashing around a portion of the chimney. He gave a couple of possible fixes and I picked the more expensive one. He gave me a break on price if i went with the more expensive fix which i appreciated. Before showing up for the work due to budgeting issues i changed to the lower price solution. He didn't have any problems with this change. He and his other son (not Lucas) came on the day as promised. The funny thing was I didn't know they were there until i heard banging outside! They ripped some of the old roof tiles, installed new flashing and overlay them with some leftover tiles I had laying around. They also caulked around other parts of the chimney. They cleaned up their mess. There were aome storms afterwards and no leak! Thx to Lucas for knowing the importance of the problem and having your father and brother fit me into their schedule. And thx to father and son (was it Joe and Ezekiel?!) for fixing the leak! I would definitely consider them to put in a new roof when the time comes!
