He then said we would get a call from his company within the hour from his company trying to convince me to pay for these proposed services at discounted price around $3300. He seemed more about upselling then performing the job he came out for as a technician. This was last Friday. No call of course. Wasted our time unfortunately. Red be careful, buyer beware!

I called NJ Home Maintenance and scheduled an appointment for an appointment. A few short days later they arrived at the house for the estimate. They dropped off a few samples along with an explanation sheet explaining the benefits of each. I was rather surprised by the price which I consider to be more than fair. I hired them on the spot and could not be more pleased. The work performed, punctuality and communication were all without parallel. Jenson came by to look at the roof and said he would send someone to reattach the siding. That was December 3rd. I have reached out to the company several times but get no response. They promised a quote for the roof job and that was never delivered. I guess I have to call another company and pay to get my siding reattached. Before arriving, and at appointment scheduling, I told them to please park on my property. They parked at my neighbors and when I asked them to move, they said they wouldn't be long. I hired Munz Roofing and Siding to complete a siding project, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. From the start, their consultant, Stephen M., came out and provided helpful education, a thorough walkthrough, zero pressure, and a timely quote for several different product options. Munz ultimately provided the best quote among the three local companies that came out. Eric G., their general manager, also came out to review the plan and clearly outlined the steps they would take to protect our garden beds during the siding removal and installation. That level of communication and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence going into the project. Project Manager Chris and installer Oleg then completed the project in 9.5 days, which was even half a day ahead of their original 10-day estimate. Chris checked in every day to see if we had any questions or concerns, and Oleg's work was outstanding. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were top notch, and he spent at least a half hour cleaning up every day before leaving. One thing that really stood out was that Oleg took the time to point out how well the previous siding job had been done when the house was built about 40 years ago. He noted that the original wrapping had been applied with meticulous precision, which helped explain why there was minimal water damage to the existing boards. That honesty was appreciated, especially because there was never a moment where the crew attempted to upsell us on unnecessary work. Overall, Munz was professional, honest, communicative, and highly skilled from start to finish. I could not recommend this company enough.
