Chris and team took the chair outside my home, and lickety-split, it was clean and white again. There was a tiny spot on the cushion that defied all attempts at removal, and Chris asked if I knew what caused the spot, but I didn't. They were very thorough with their work and explained to me in great detail to help me understand the extend of the damage and how they were going to take care of the water and mold issue. They communicated with me daily regarding what time they will starting for the following day. They covered the floors and put up containment. Cleaned up at the end of each day and never left the job site messy. Took out the old fixtures with care so they could be reused. This team really does a quality job.
